Easitalytours made our vacation to Italy!
Booking was very simple, and Silvia was incredibly helpful. Our Rome full day tour was with Antonello, he loves Rome, and he is the sweetest tour guide we ever met.
We will return to Italy soon, and will use their service again!

We booked two tours with Easyitaly: Day trip to Umbria and The Vatican (3 hour tour). The booking process was easy . . . Silvia was great to work with, extremely fast to respond, and provided excellent advice on what might work best for our family. Pricing was fair for what we received.

Marco was our tour guide for Umbria, and our family of 4 (two adult children) immediately fell in love with this man. It is now 10 days later and we are still talking about him. We felt like we spent the day with our long-lost Italian cousin. (Marco, hopefully you take us up on our offer to give you a tour of Disney World some day.) We visited Orvieto (quaint and charming) and Civita di Bagnoregio (awe-inspiring), and were amazed by these towns. Civita is a place like nothing you will ever see, and our time there was made extra special by having lunch at Antico Forno with both Marco and Franco, the, as he said, owner/cook/janitor. If it weren't for Easyitaly, we would not have seen these beautiful parts of Italy, and we certainly would not have enjoyed them as much as we did without the personal service and engaging personality of Marco. By the way, he is quite a photographer as well!

The next day we had a three hour tour of The Vatican with Valerie as our guide. She met us promptly at our hotel, called for a taxi, and spent the next 3 1/2 hours sharing her knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm with us. Valerie's love for art and archaeology really shined through and was contagious, as was her smile . . . things we never would have noticed came to life before our eyes. The Vatican was the number one thing we wanted to see while in Rome and we can't imagine having enjoyed and appreciated it as much without the help of Valerie and Easyitaly.

Thank you Silvia, Marco, Valerie and Easyitaly for helping us to fully appreciate the beautiful country of Italy.

I booked all my Italy tours with Easitaly tours. YES they made everything EASY in ITALY! :)
I booked multiple ones:
1) Vatican tour
2) Rome in one day
3) Livorno (from port/cruise ship)
4) Naples (from port/cruise ship)

Silvia was so easy to communicate with and very fast replying to all my emails. She made booking the tours so easy! All the guides and drivers did excellent! they were so knowledgeable, comedic, patient.

Frederica took us to the Vatican. I've been to the Vactican before, but without a guide. Let me tell you, having a guide with easitaly is a MUST. We enjoyed Frederica's passion for Rome and especially her assertiveness in getting through the Vatican craziness. She always made it that we took nice pictures without the crowds in the way and even made it so we all could hear her knowledge without people standing in the middle of our group. That was awesome! She was very comedic, sweet, and we learned so much!

Max took us around Rome for the day. You could feel his passion for Rome when he shares his knowledge of this great city. He knew how to navigate and was quick to replan his routes so that we wouldn't waste time in traffic and use the time to Rome and its wonder. For lunch, he even took us to the lovely, non-touristy restaurant that had delicious food and was perfect for our family. We saw all the main sites in Rome and he dropped us off to our port in time.

Leonardo picked us up from the Livorno port. He was very patient with my group, especially my older parents. Leonardo too was very quick to replan his routes so that we wouldn't waste time in traffic. We were able to see all the beautiful sites in Pisa and Florence in one day! We are all so happy to have accomplished that, being we were only there for the day because of our cruise. I mentioned I wanted to have fried Zuccini flowers and Leonardo took us to a great restaurant, craving satisfied!

Antoinella was our driver for Naples. Unfortunately, it was raining, but she was great in routing our tour so that we would "run" or drive away from the dark clouds but still be able to see everything. Therefore, the rain did not ruin our tour! Antoinella had so much knowledge and was very comedic in her story telling. For lunch we had some of the best pizza ever! Which you have to, because pizza was born in Naples. It's a shame if you don't have pizza in Naples!

The tour guides are some of the best we've ever had anywhere!!! They are incredibly well informed, clearly superb backgrounds and educations not to mention, personable!!! You really felt like you were a friend or family member on a high end tour; your own personal art history "professor" with an inside track like Francesca , wowed us with a Vatican tour. Marco , the same amazing knowledge of the Tuscany area and so entertaining. Our Rome tour was top notch and our airport transports seamless and welcoming. We traveled with easitaly for all of our tours and couldn't have matched it with any level of service, even the tours we booked previously through the concierge service at the four season Firenze where we stay. We will be calling you Silvia to book the itinerary for October 2014! Ciao, nancy and Dennis

Went on a tour of thr Vatican with Max with three colleagues. I feel sorry for anyone who sees the Vatican any other way. He was passionate, engaged and engaging, proficient in sterring us through the crowds in a way that made us feel cared for and special, and his knowledge is extraordinary. In addition, his enthusiasm, humor and warmth made me fall in love with Rome and truly begin to understand the splendor and magic of the Vatican, its art and its history. These great reviews are not accident. This is a sure deal!
