I stayed for two days and thought this was a cute little hotel, well located right off of Via Veneto and within walking distance of The Spanish Steps, Piazza Barberini and Piazza Navona. Received a last minute rate and had no problems with availability once I arrived.
The good: hotel is clean, modern, decorated quirky and cutely, flat screen tv, sky, mini-bar. The man at reception was nice and the maids did a good job of keeping it clean.
The bad: as others have mentioned, the walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors quite easily. The construction (read jackhammering) begins about 8-9 am and goes on all day. While you don't go to Rome to stay in your hotel room, it can be a bit irritating if you are trying to relax for a bit But the location and room rate alone makes up for it in my opinion and I would stay at Stylish Room again.

Location:
Central, near Via Venetto and Piazza de Spagna.

Bedroom:
Modern decor; enough space; good bed. With air conditioning, cable tv, internet, safe. Very clean.
The walls between the rooms should be thicker or sound proof. We could hear the noise from other rooms.

Bathroom:
Modern decor; small but sufficient; nice shower. Very clean.

Breakfast room:
Modern decor; small. A perfectly normal and well served breakfast. Clean.

Service:
The staff was very attentive and pleasant.

Value:
Considering the alternatives in Rome, we find a good quality/price ratio.

Overall:
Small but enough, good looking and pleasant hotel. Central and clean.
The photo gallery on the hotel website describes exactly the rooms (or, at least, the room we stayed in and the breakfast room).
Unfortunately, the noise from other rooms was a bit annoying, but not that much.
(Free) Wi-fi in the rooms would be very nice.

My friend selected this hotel when the other hotel that was booked fell through, so I was not even aware of the change until we were on our trip. (This is the first time I am looking at the reviews for this hotel and they would have definitely scared me off). The hotel is very nice overall, and as the name implies it is extremely stylish. The breakfast while not extravagant was extremely nice - bread, pastries, omelette, cereal, cured meat, cheese, fruits, juice, coffee, tea and hot chocolate made when you order it.

The room and bathroom is small - the shower was so small that it was difficult to wash my hair. My biggest problem came when the air conditioning broke down and though we told the gentleman at reception, he insisted that it was working. It was not, so for two days we were without a/c and had to have the windows open. This however made the room pretty noisy and difficult to fall asleep at night. When we closed the window though, the room became unbearably hot.

Overall, it was a decent hotel - not sure if I would stay there again though.

after many hours searching for hotels onlines, checking out reviews etc, I chose the stylish room. Nice pictures, great area . Booked 5 months before my trip. However, 2 hours before my plane departed for Rome, I received a phone call informing me that "due to an internet error" they had overbooked the hotel and i was being moved. Moved to a inferior hotel near trevi fountain. Judging from other reviews this is a common occurrence. Thought booking so far in advance would give me piece of mind -maybe it does but not with this hotel group. Avoid using this group of hotels!

Ficaria novamente.

Upon arrival with booking confirmation in hand was advised that no room was available that night and they they would transfer us to a sister hotel. Was assured that it was exactly the same standard as we had been looking forward to staying in this hotel as the pictures looked nice, in house movies etc (we had just been backpacking for 3wks). We had been told that after one night we could come back at their transport cost, or we could choose to stay at the alternate hotel. Two guys who looked like tradesman took us to the other hotel which was in no way the same league, however was close to the trivi fountain which was good in the end. Room was incredibly tiny, in house movies were "not working" and on our first morning we were told we had to move rooms because of work that needed to be done on our room. This all completely ruined my trip (the heat probably didn't help either!). But just be warned, you don't get the pictures from the Expedia Website!

my husband finally chose this place after viewing - i think - every single hotel and B&B in rome (im not sure if he falls under "very thorough" or "OCD"...). we wanted something central, decent, and affordable.
this tiny B&B far exceeded our expectations. the B&B occupies half of one floor of an old, but very well-kept, building in central rome, very picturesque, as is all of rome. the room was stunning, outfitted in super-modern furnishings, and fine size for two. the room was warm and cozy.
the bathroom was a bit small but the high-quality amenities and towel-heater (useful mid-march in rome), plus the lovely design, made up for that.
the staff was super-friendly, offering every form of assistance in getting around - maps, organising trips, etc etc. always smiling and happy to serve.
from the little bakery on the ground level of the building, we were greeted each morning by the scent of freshly-baked goods wafting through the windows, which overlooked a tiny, slightly stifled courtyard (not the best view but it rained all four days we were there anyway...).
the breakfast corner is tiny but charming with a very basic but decent breakfast served, and of course, excellent coffee.
this is the kind of place to go if you want a beautiful place to stay but either cannot afford a big hotel, or want to avoid the hustle & bustle of one.
