I was sceptical after reading some reviews of this hotel but was pleasently surprised upon arrival. We arrived around 11.30 at night but someone was waiting for us. The lady doesn't speak English but she is still helpful. Our room was a very nice twin room and also had a sofa bed. The beds are hard but not uncomfortable. The first night I only had one pillow and found it uncomfortable to sleep, the next day I requested a pillow and later that evening I received a brand new one! In the morning there is an English speaking woman and man who are very helpful. The hotel is clean. It is based in an apartment block on the second floor. The lift is tiny so I would advise to avoid if you are even a little claustaphobic. The only thing is the smell that came through the bathroom window. But no smell in the room. Our room was cleaned everyday, the bed changed everyday. I would recommend this hotel to most people. Our room was quite large because our bathroom was located outside the room. Our room was located at the end of a corridor, behind an unlocked door was our bathroom and to the right of this was our room which obviously had a lock. I would say this was the only downside as we were wary of leaving any of our things in the bathroom. The hotel is literally a 5 minute walk from the Termini Station.

Nice big room, lovely spar bath, nice gym to work off all the pasta. Around a 10 minute walk from the metro, a few shops and coffee shops near location, was not the best location but fine to walk from the metro. Around 25 minute walk to the colo so very nice. Would advise to book here.

We stayed at Euro Star with my parents. The beds were less than comfortable, but the staff was very helpful to all our needs. Location was great. I don't know how they grade there hotels but I don't think it was a four star hotel like they claim.

Not really hotel - more a guesthouse located by the Termini station, making getting around very easy. Arrived around midnight - girl on the reception spoke no English, but despite that everything went quickly and smoothly. Rooms are nice, quite spacious, interor decoration is simple, but beautiful, with some chinese hints. Where is a noisy street outside, so sleep quality was not the best. Once had to make an international call from the reception and they did not charge me anything for 10 min. conversation - that was nice from their side. Good choice if you arriving Rome late or leaving early.

This was not what I was expecting, location was ok to the train station making departure easy but a little bit of a distance from Old Rome but taking the Metro did make it easy for me.

The Hotel is more of guest-house, the hostess was ok, despite that her English was quite poor and things difficult. I had to inform then every time I wanted a shower so they could put on the hot water for me which I was not happy about.

The room was fine, the breakfast selection is poor, if you call is a selection.

My sheets were never changed once while I was there and that was for 5 days.

But is value for money.
