Hotel is located in nice silenc residential area quite near to Metro station of new line B1 and the bust stop is just behind the corner. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean. Nice bonus is that first use of minibar is for free. We can really recommend it to anybody who would like to spent couple days in Rome.

We have just come back from our 4 night stay at Relais 6 and we have left very very pleased, we chose to stay at this hotel after reading all the great reviews and we were not dissapointed!...is a little jewel, great great value, the service and overall quality (beds, towels, cleanliness, facilities) are excellent. The buffet breakfast has something for everyone, lovely and healthy. The staff are very friendly and helpful, can't say enough good things. Great experience. Thank you so much :)

We chose this hotel for four main reasons: first was the fact that there was not a single bad review of it, which is a rare factor for a hotel, second, was the stunning appearance, then the location, off the beaten tourist track in a nice residential area, which is always a bonus in our view, and the last, but not the least, was the value for money. Still I was a bit sceptical, and deep inside I was prepared for at least one of these factors not to work. However, this hotel managed to tick all the boxes. Spotless clean, which you can't say about the rest of Rome, and classily decorated, Relais 6 offers the cosy and friendly atmosphere of a boutique hotel. It is located just 5 minutes walk from a metro station Annibaliano on B1 line to Conca D'Oro (much closer in fact that it looks on the map!) and it takes only 10 minutes by metro to the centre. We printed out a google map of the area at home and followed it from the metro exit, we found the hotel without a problem. Please note, although the metro station is called St. Agnese/Annibaliano, the name for the station they use is Annibaliano and you may struggle to find any mention of St.Agnese. Metro is very simple and easy to find your way around. We always went for a single journey ticket and it proved to be cheaper than buying any multi-use card unless you want to use public transport more than 4 times a day. It's much easier and faster to walk around the centre than to use any type of public transport. Tickets can be purchased from the hotel reception. Hotel reception is welcoming and always eager to help, the bartender in the lounge makes you feel relaxed and at home, breakfast staff go an extra mile, where they can, to cater for your needs. And if your coffee is too strong for you, don't hesitate to ask for a weaker one and you will get it! Our room was airy and spacious, at the back of the property, with two big windows, one leading to a small balcony. We had a pleasant view of the neighbourhood green back yards. In our room, we didn't hear any of other guests, nor running water, which points to a good sound isolation of the walls. The bed was a bit hard for me, but pillows were wonderful, and extra pillows were available. The room had enough storage facilities to put things away from the view, however I found there was only 4 hangers in the wardrobe which is not enough even for a three-night type of wardrobe you pack for two people. Probably, if I asked, we would have got more. There is a minibar with basic non-alcoholic drinks which is free to the first refill, it's a nice touch, but unfortunately it doesn't make up for the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The barthroom is well planned, well equipped and very clean with no signs of mould whatsoever. My only major disappointment in this hotel was at breakfast: the only milk available was full fat. Yogurts were also full fat. This is a big dietary problem for many people. In fact, I don't know a single person who takes full fat milk nowadays. When half of the breakfast buffet is taken by countless varities of jams and spreads it would have been fair to introduce choice of milk. Hotels around the world and B&Bs, even in smaller towns, nowadays provide at least semi-skimmed milk and many offer skimmed and soya milk. Surely, Relais 6 will sort it out soon. On a positive side, there is a decent selection of cereals, fruit and fruit salad - a good continental breakfast overall. In conclusion I would like to say that our stay in Relais 6 was very much enjoyable and positive things outweight small imperfactions that can be easily fixed. I would have no doubt in recommending this beautiful hotel.

Room Tip: a corner room gives more light, has a balcony and offers a cosy layout.

Dear Vivid-gb, we are pleased to have read so many nice words on behalf of Relais 6. Thank you for this and have enjoyed our structure. It 's true in our rooms there isn't a kit for preparing tea or coffee. But it is also true that the hotel has a bar open at any time with the possibility of room service. For breakfast, the typical Italian cappuccino is usually prepared with full cream milk. But when our guests tell us their needs by including them when booking we are prepared to offer them any kind of service. Often, in fact, we have some people who suffer from the celiac and then, on request, we offer all products suited to their needs.
Do not hesitate to ask!
Best wishes

This is the best hotel in Rome, Italy. I loved our stay here. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The front desk staff were helpful with all our needs. Giacomo is outstanding, can not give him enough praise!!!
Every night in a beautiful room, there are delicious snacks prepared by Nims. Nims is also an excellent bar tender and brings the different guest together. One evening the owners sister even made homemade tarrelli for the guest.
The hotel is in a good neighborhood and there are nice restaurants in the area within walking distance to the hotel. you can also sit outside in a nice area behind the hotel. There is a very interesting room with World War Two memorabilia.I thank the owners and the staff at Relais 6 for giving us a wonderful home away from home.for 10 fun filled days.

Room Tip: There is also an apartment for a bigger size group!

We stayed for 5 nights in November. I research quite a bit on Trip Advisor before going anywhere and my research definitely paid off with Relais 6. Fabio at the front desk was especially helpful. The rooms are large and very clean. We stayed in a standard room that didn't feel standard at all. The St.Agnese metro stop is a straight 10 minute walk away. We would go out sightseeing all day and return each evening in time for the happy hour. Nems was our waiter and cook extraordinaire! Beatrice and Salvatore, the owners, always made sure we were well taken care of and we truly appreciated their amazing generosity. The hotel was our oasis each evening after spending our days at the main historical and religious sites of Rome. We would definitely return to this hotel on any future visit to Rome.

It was spotlessly clean at all times, the towels are being changed daily. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are fantastic! The roller blinds are automatic, the button is either by the bed or by the room door, depending on the room type you are occupying.

Did like the interior&design very much. The collection of early 20-century magazines took our attention for a long time. Shame, we didn't have time to visit the WWII museum, next time maybe.

The service was all-round friendly and heplful, our special thanks to Giacomo, who recommended us a decent place to eat.

The hotel is 10 min walk to S.Agnese/Annibaliano metro station and another 10 min by train to Termini railway station (yes, we did the timing and not even once), excl. waiting time.

Overall, this is a very good place to stay at.
