We chose this hotel based on Trip Adviser reveiws and were very pleased with our choice. Service was excellent and staff very helpful and attentive. Although room was a bit small this was more than made up with the charming character of the room - it had traditional pieces of furniture, a massive bed and had pretty view on to the street. Hotel was immaculate and very clean. Breakfast was good and plenty to choose from. As others have said, the hotel is away from the main attractions but there are plenty of regular buses - the 36 & 84 go to the Termini. If interested, if you prefer to get a bus from the Termini to the hotel, the number 36 (this bus can be found in area N) and get of at the Nomentana/Grozia stop which leaves you with only a 250m walk to the hotel. There is also a number 90 which also goes up the Via Nomentana but can't remember the name of the stop as we never took this one. The buses are frequent though. There are some good restaurents nearby and the one we liked best was the Pepe Verde but very busy - which I think is a good sign! You won't go wrong with this hotel and recommend it 100%.
