I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the Una Hotel. The staff are courteous and professional. The breakfast buffet is very good and offers a wide variety. The bedrooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. The air conditioning functions very efficiently. Sheets are changed every day if you wish and a pillow menu is offered. The bathroom is spacious and well equipped with toiletries replenished daily. I thoroughly recommend this hotel and I would stay here again

Spent 3 nights here and couldnt really fault the hotel...ticked all the boxed pretty much
1. Great location- 5 min walk from Termini and lots of eateries nearby
2. Clean and spacious rooms
3. Service staff quite professional and prompt

One minor point which can be easily overlooked is that the elevators were a bit strangely painted (black and white squares, white light)....gave the impression of being in an elevator of a run down shady building although in reality the hotel is quite grand...as i said this really should not be a criteria for choosing this hotel but i do wish the management makes the elevators a bit more appealing aesthetically

Also the wifi can be a bit patchy (we were on the 5th floor)

Conclusion: Dont think twice before booking this hotel...book early to avail good rates since this is quite a popular hotel and room rates can starting crossing EUR 200/night if late

Room Tip: Upgrade to a superior room to enjoy the complimentary minibar and free wifi (worth it)

We thoroughly enjoyed the three nights at this hotel. The Una hotel is very nice and lives up to its expected level of quality. Hotel staff was fantastic: everybody was friendly, polite and helpful. Spacious rooms, excellent king size beds. Breakfast buffet was OK. Very convenient location; walking distance from station Termini/Metro and some good restaurants. We loved the experience and would definitely stay here again.

Close to train station, easy walk with bags. Very nice hotel. We can hear the trains but they don't feel like they are coming into our room, we have an external corner room. Hotel is modern clean and easy to stay in, only one pillow but comfortable bed. Wi-Fi not that strong for us but we are on the far corner so that might be why.

We recently arrived in Rome on the 29th of July and were fortunate enough to have booked three nights at the Una. Having arrived by train from the airport we found the hotel conveniently located to the Termini train station, just one block walk! On check in the staff were extremely helpful and to our delight we found the room was modern and spacious with air-conditioning ( it was extremely hot at the time ) and the bathroom was well set out. Breakfast was included and again no complaints in that department. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone and in fact have already done so

We went to Rome by train from Paris and stayed at Una Hotel Roma in June 13 for 3 nights......The hotel was conveniently located near the termini train station. The rooms were modern and big. Also had a nice toilet. Breakfast spread was good - served a variety of food. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

We spent one night at this hotel, we arrived to rome by train, the hotel is just 2 minutes walk from termini train station, very convenient if you arrive by train.just one street away.
The hotel is modern, the rooms are nice, large, good air condition, with large bathroom, good water stream, nice large bed.
We had 2 rooms ,near each other.3 kids could sleep very good in the double bed. With no need for extra bed.The check in was few min.,and we asked for an early breakfast due to early flight, they didn't agree to open earlier the dining room, but prepared for of all us a nice breakfast baggy to take with us.
To get to the center of rome it's 7-10 euro by taxi,5 minutes drive.
Overall very good experience, definitely recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: Take room not facing the Main Street there is a tram passing making some noise
