“Brilliant hotel!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 13, 2012

We stayed here for 5 nights and would highly recommend it. Rooms are spacious, comfy and clean. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The restaurant is really good both breakfast and dinner. Overall we had a brilliant stay and would use una group again.

We stayed here for the night before boarding our cruise. We booked a standard room and it was very spacious with a fairly large bathroom. It's a 2 minute walk to the Terminal Station and lots of restaurants nearby. It is downtown Rome so there are a mixture of people there but the locals are generally friendly and helpful. We felt quite safe there even walking out at night, just keep a close eye on your purse and it should be fine.

Front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly as were the breakfast staff. Room was quite small but immaculately clean, bright and airy. A/C wasn't very good and couldn't get it below 24C but wasn't uncomfortable. The area isn't the best but we felt safe even at midnight. Overall it was up to the 4star standard and we stay in a lot of hotels. Did find we paid more through last minute than the hotel's own rate but that's not the hotel's fault. Would recommend and would definitely go back ourselves. Well done Una Roma for making our stay enjoyable and memorable for all the right reasons :-)

This hotel is only a few meters from the train station. It is spotless clean, modern and has competent staff.areas of improvements include staff training: the executive housekeeper should never ever unlock a room without knocking! Even if she believes that there is no one in the room!
Breakfast is not in line with the hotel's other services, and as a result, I would not attempt trying their restaurant for dinner.

Lovely modern decor and technology... Card reader to open door and turn electrical. Easy to use once you learn the system but would have saved frustration if staff gave instructions at check-in.
Agree with other reviews about location and for tourists it is also close to Hop On/Off Bus Tours and art museum. We were with tour group and breakfast was provided with good continental style.we enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is so convenient for theTerminii and everything was walkable to from there. 'We loved our superior room and took the upgrade for a balconey as the weather was so fantastic.(10 euros per night)
Very good bathroom and amenities, mini bar and safe, slippers provided also. Could have done with a bathrobe but coped without one. Not troubled by noise at all during our stay.
Loved the breakfast which is included in the price, gorgeous cappucinos, great selection of hot and cold really sets you up for the day.
didnt use the bar or restaurant so cant comment on those. Staff friendly and helpful.
Would thoroughly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Rome.
