Excellent location close to many attractions, restaurants and is right in the shopping street. I thought the breakfast was good & the hotel was clean. There were 2 things, first, A/C didn't work and the room really gets very hot, at first I thought it was me but when I read some others reviews I found out is a situation others has had too. You can open the window and at least during spring is cool enough so you really don't need the a/c. The problem with the window open is the street noise that starts very early in the morning and ends very late at night. The first night it did bother me but the rest of the stay I was too tire from all the walking to even notice the noise. And second, The price! Don't get me wrong is a nice hotel but my opinion if you stay here you are really paying for location!

overall the experience was acceptable the staff did offer to move us the next day to an outwards facing room but who has time in Rome to waste on moving rooms. Be careful if you have late flight there are very limited public facilities and areas to wait in this hotel and no courtesy rooms, we had to change in the toilets after getting caught in a downpour. Dont expect a banquet at breakfast alghough for us the croissants cakes and pastries were very fresh and sufficient. hotel breakfast looked unappealing

Very modern hotel, very clean and got brand new rooms. Very quiet for the streets of rome. Very nice and helpful staff. The wifi was pretty low - one free public, make it very slow. Great location - 7 minutes walk to vatican city, 15 minutes walk to fountain de travi.

This hotel is in an excellent location, 10/15 minutes to the Vatican City, and 15 minutes or so to the Spanish Steps. Lots of good restaurants nearby and a decent enough breakfast. We had a suite, and a standard room. Both of which were fine, the suite was particularly useful with a baby as it meant we had somewhere to sit when the baby went to sleep. The beds are ok although not the most comfortable. The free minibar was also very useful.
Unfortunately the air conditioning didn't seem to make a dent and so we spent one evening walking around outside to get the baby to sleep as the room was too hot. As it's such a lovely area to stroll around this wasn't such an awful experience but not ideal. I think the spotlights outside the room at the front of the hotel seemed to heat the room up at night and the air con couldn't compete - not the best design.
Location makes up for the few flaws though.

We stayed three nights in April 2013, the hotel os quite nice, modern and clean. The personnel is very nice and helpful. The situation is very good, in a very nice commercial area. Walking distance form Vatican city (10 mn) and Piazza di Poppolo (10 mn). The only but would be the breakfast, not as clean as expected the tables, and the service quite weak. But as an overall I would recommend the hotel if you plan to visit Rome.

Room Tip: Room in the 5th floor have terraces, I believe 505 must be the nicest with views of St Peter's.
