We only booked this B&B as we booked our flights 2 weeks prior to going and we were struggling to find anything that was in the centre and reasonably priced as it was still the high season (October). We were not disappointed however, the apartments are clean, of a good size and ideally located up near the Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo. It was a lovely walk over to places such as the Piazza Navona, the Pantheon etc.

Raul the manager is very friendly and helped us out whenever we had any questions on where to eat or the best way to get to certain sites etc. He was available every breakfast to answer any questions and just ensure everyone had everything they needed.

The breakfast itself was simple, cereal, croissants, cakes, bread, meats, juice and great cappuccino’s. Just the thing to start your day off on the right footing. Not too heavy but enough energy for a morning of walking around Rome and seeing the sites.

Overall this was not our first choice accommodation, but I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend. It is not a 5 star hotel so do not expect luxury or hotel amenities, however what it is, is a very nice block of apartments, at a very good for price, in a great location and with friendly staff!! You have nothing to lose. Enjoy... :o)

Raul, the hotel owner was exceptional! He's surprisingly young but very witty and very helpful! He was prepared with the maps, etc. upon arrival and we couldn't have enjoyed Rome that much if not for his recommendations and help with directions. We felt very safe in the room, it was simple but cozy and comfortable. Breakfast staff was excellent too! They are a breath of fresh air! Thank you Raul - we will definitely be back!

One of my best experiences in Italy - it actually feels like you are staying in your own apartment in Rome. I enjoyed my stay so much in September that I am bringing my family back next year. The staff was exceptional, rooms were beautiful and bathrooms were all updated and very clean. Raul was very accommodating and responsive to any requests. The airport pick-up that he arranged at 5:45 am was not only on time but early. This was a great experience all around.

very great experience to carry back home for me and my family, beautiful place, nice rooms (we had 2. one double and one single but same size, like the double).
Breakfast with a lot of fresh products, Raul and Mario help you about all you need.
Raul organizr pickup for us from Fiumicino Airport, at very competitive price.
unlucky we live very far away, we can't come back so soon, but we recommend to all our friend. Don't lost this chance!
