We stopped for dinner on a Sunday evening - luckily we had a reservation as the restaurant filled up quickly. We were warmly greeted at the door and seated, our server (Eddy) brought the menus and asked about water. We ordered a bottle of wine and the fried cod appetizer. They brought some fresh bread to the table and the cod arrived about 10 minutes later. The fish was perfectly cooked and was accompanied with a very nice red sauce.
For dinner, my partner ordered the octopus ragu and I had the spaghetti with meatballs. Both were very good and arrived in a timely manner. The octopus was very tender and the fresh pasta al-dente. The meatballs were tender and flavorful, the pasta well cooked. A side of deep-fried potatoes were ordered with the meatballs - they were pipping hot and well cooked with a sprinkle of rosemary.
We finished the meal with a cup of tiramisu. The flavor was good but it had too much cocoa powder sprinkled on top, which made it a bit dry.
Overall, a very good restaurant that is worth a visit.
