I really did not expect that it's possible to make such a bad pizza. The house wine was extremely bad. The service was friendly and fast.

This restaurant specilises in pizzas and grilled meat, they have wood oven (forno a legno). During our stay in Rome we were there twice. First we had a grilled lamb chops, and that was really great, I would highly recommend this. Second time we decided to go for pizza, and that was rather average (I have lived in Rome for many years, so I know how good pizza should be). Though the choice of pizzas was very extensive and interesting topics were available. Reasonable prices. Many local people were there on Friday night, but on Sunday it was rather empty.

We were recommended by our hotel, "The Closseum" to this restaurant in the old part of Rome.
The Maitre'd was helpful, the waiting staff and chefs, very friendly and food was just perfect. So good we went back for a second night. Found the prices very reasonable about 15euro less than most other places we had meals in.

This restaurant was recommended to us by our hotel as a good place for dinner. We decided to go for an early dinner on our first night and to our surprise no customers were in the restaurant. I took this to be a bad sign but we sat down anyway and tried to decide what to order. After some time of pondering, we decided that the menu options weren't fantastic and any restaurant that did not have any people in it certainly could not be that great. In addition, we were sitting for at least 5 minutes and the waiter never asked if we wanted to order something to drink. We got up and went around the corner and found a fantastic pizzeria and had a great dinner for a fraction of the cost that we would have spent in this empty restaurant.

There are awesome pizza's to be had in Rome, I only go to this place because of the location. There really aren't any better pizza's to be had near by. It's big, and busy, and the waiting staff are great.
