I booked two rooms for 4 nights. We were first timers to Rome and were a little bit nervous about the B&B thing. We had never stayed in one. We were delighted with everything! The rooms are on the 4th floor, each with its own bathroom in a very secure building. The rooms were small but clean and comfortable. We were provided bathroom necessities, clean linens and towels and an adequate continental breakfast every morning. Wi-fi was provided at no additional cost.

The location was perfect for us as we were there as tourists. The Vatican was so close that we could see the dome from our room! The On and Off City Tour Bus stop was just as close. The Metro was 2 blocks away which is perfect for using to see the Colosseum, Forum and many more sights. Close by were many sidewalk cafes, restaurants, retail stores and delis, and great people watching.

Paolo, the owner, was wonderful. He lined up a van to pick us up at the airport, gave us maps, information, directions and much more. His English is good so communication was easy. I highly recommend this B&B for travelers who don't need 5 star hotels and want to feel enjoy the flavor of Rome.

My wife and I stayed at Cuscino e Cappuccino in April 2012. We had just taken the overnight train from Venice and arrived in Rome around 6 a.m. We had arranged with Paolo (the owner) to stop by early and drop off our bags before check-in, which was very nice of him. The B&B is located a couple of blocks from the Vatican, and although the area itself has a vibrant pulse, the building and rooms feel quiet and calm. Bathrooms are clean and modern (the shower was a little small but otherwise fine). Breakfast was a typical Italian B&B style, simple but good (cereal, bread, juice, yogurt, coffee). There is a cafe across the street if you want something heavier. The metro was a few blocks away, and the neighborhood was safe to walk through at night. A large bus stop is also nearby, as well as a few touristy bars and restaurants. Paolo also arranged ground transportation for friends of ours from the airport (40 euro) when they stayed here a couple of weeks later. Very accommodating and a great value.

Our stay here was awesome. The rooms are nicely decorated and very clean. My group used all 3 rooms (each with it's own bathroom) and shared a common room where we were able to relax, eat breakfast (provided by Paolo), plan our day or talk about our experiences. There was also a small fridge with drinks and yogurt provided for us. Paolo was very sweet and helpful deciding on our daily adventures. He even picked up our Vatican tickets prior to our arrival and arranged our ride to the airport on our departure. The B& B has a great location. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Rome and I hope to return one day as well!

Paulo, the owner, was very helpful. He offered so many neat ideas for us to do. He also helped us make reservations and arranged for a early morning ride to the airport at a very reasonable price. He took us to a great place to take pictures of the city, Rome.
The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom facilities were clean as well and more than adequate. Paulo also made sure we had a light breakfast and coffee every morning, even when we left at 0700.

I'm a first-time B&B user. This one was a great experience. Paolo, the host, is wonderful - spoke clear English, anything we needed he accommodated. The place is clean, comfortable, updated; very conveniently located to the many things to do in Rome, specifically the Vatican, Hop On Hop Off bus, various public transits, many restaurants. Without hesitation, I would request to stay here again.

Some friends and I stayed at this B & B in April 2012. Paolo was a wonderful host, very helpful with anything we needed or information we requested. The rooms were very clean and very comfortable. You are within a five minute walk to the Vatican and St. Peter's Square, the bus stops for the tour buses, local grocery and nice places to eat. This was our first time in Rome and Paolo helped make it a great visit. Breakfast provided each morning was very nice and the refrigerator was stocked each day. Would stay here again upon a return visit to Rome.

My wife and I stayed at the bed and breakfast in Sept. 2011. We had a great time, and Paolo is a very good host. He will give you all the inside info necessary for Rome. The location is perfect and you can walk almost anywhere you want in the city. It is a great value also.
