“Location and Comfort”
Reviewed March 3, 2014 via mobile

We stayed here for 3 nights. The room was great, really spacious and well looked after and the staff welcoming. The location is brilliant for proximity to Termini and the sights and sounds. Don't stay here if you can't handle traffic noise (we can). Do if you want to stay somewhere unique: it's located behind a magnificent fountain. We'd stay here again.

Stayed here for a four day break in August. Was a fantastic hotel, beautiful from the outside and lovely clean rooms as well. Hotel staff were very friendly and offered excellent advice on the city and where to eat. Nice touch on topping up the free mini bar on a daily basis.

Very good location half way between termini and the main city attractions.

We stayed here for 4 nights in the "Velvet Indigo" room. The hotel itself is in a very unique building as the Moses Fountain itself is built into the wall of the building.

Location is excellent - about 10 mins walk from the main terminal station (you can get an express train from the airport) and about 15 - 20 mins walk to most of the attractions (colosseum / forum / trevi fountain / spanish steps etc). For attractions slightly further away (e.g. the Vatican), there is a metro station just a 5 minute walk away. The owner (Andrea) was very friendly and helpful when we arrived showing us the main sites on a map and recommending some places to eat

The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and a great shower. In addition there is free wifi and a free mini-bar which was a welcome extra and nice to come back to a cold drink after a day sightseeing. Breakfast was served in our room every morning as there is not currently a dining room (they are working on it) and was very nice, a selection of cereal, fresh fruit and pastries.

We would definitely stay here again if (when) we return to Rome

Hotel is stunning and worth a return visit on its own, but Andrea the manager/ owner is 1 in a million!
The best hotelier that i have ever come across!
Certainly worth the trip advisors best romantic hotel in Rome.
Room was fantastic, bed was massive and very comfy. Bathroom with a rainfall shower and deep bath.
House keeping was perfect.
Location is ideal with the metro just a few minutes walk, and surrounded by some amazing restaurants.
There is not a bad or negative thing that i can say about the hotel.
We will be going back!

A wonderful boutique hotel situated very close to the Rome Termini train station for easy access to the airport. While the rooms are on the smallish side they are updated with the latest fittings and very clean and comfortable. Being in Rome for a short period we were just looking for a nice place to sleep as we're on the go. The delivered breakfast was perfect as it has enough to get you going but leaves lots of room for large lunches and dinners. All of the major sites are accessible with walks under an hour and it's situated close to the metro lines. The service was excellent and we greatly appreciated the use of a spare room to leave our luggage and refresh before a late flight.

If you are looking for a stylish, boutique hotel in Roma, close to all the sights with excellent service stay here. We stayed in Cardinal Red - such a stylish room with an amazing bathroom. We could walk from here to most places we wanted to see, and the owner was very helpful to give us a map and point out interesting places that were not tourist traps. Marvellous!

this hotel is beautiful.. it shares the wall of the famous monument of Moses fountain. it has a very unexpected entrance which i think is the biggest drawback i feel. it was pretty difficult to spot the place from a taxi but once we found it, the lady inside buzzed us in. the two flights of stairs was the irritating bit. With two suitcases we struggled up the stairs and were praying we don't have a dodgy start to our trip to Italy but the room was exactly as described online. it was purple and happy. the room was clean, had all the amenities. the bathroom also was very spacious for a room in Italy with really fragrant body washes and shampoos. the breakfast served on the terrace but again since it was a b&b, the spread wasn't too much. my only suggestion to this hotel would be to probably make a small pantry area and store or sell some minimal easy to make food because we were so tired after a whole day of sightseeing and got to the room, we wanted to head out but then we wanted to just sleep in as we had an early morning flight the next day, In times like these, just a pantry would help as we don't have to walk to the closest supermarket to get a sandwich.
