“Great views, relaxing, good for a snack”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 13, 2013

We ended our afternoon here after touring the Castel Sant'Angelo. The staff worked hard and we had good service. We only had some drinks and snacks. We actually paid at the end and gave a reasonable tip. She was extremely appreciative and brought us a smoked salmon sandwich, that was quite good. The waitress told us that normally she has to get paid at the delivery of service due to the fact that so many tourist eat and run. Shameful. I'm not sure why we weren't asked to do that, perhaps we looked trustworthy? I can't recommend this place for a meal, as we only had snacks. I can recommend this place quite highly for the view and to relax. Considering the tourist location, I didn't think that 32 Euros for our group that had 6 drinks was excessive.

“wonderful location but...”

It is good just for a coffee... it is not a good idea eat or drink something more, just seat 5 minutes to take a rest and take some photos, too much expensive!

Recommended by our concierge - worst meal we had in all of italy - pasta was dry, the wine was warm and the service was horrendous.

“Never again...”

Very terrible...Even the owner didn't know where were their waiters...they have a difference between restaurant and bar,so the tables are covered by two different colours.but you can order the same food...In few words - never again....

“Very expensive”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 19, 2013

For a cup of tea and a canolli, you will pay 13 Euro. There are other eateries which serves food better and cheaper. But you're in Rome,, you pay what the Romans said.
