“Excellent quality and good value”
Reviewed February 25, 2013

Like other reviewers, we also ate here twice during our stay in rome, even though it was about 10% more expensive than comparable places. The food had that edge in quality over the competition (you must try the lasagne), the staff were friendly and efficient and the ambience was good. First night it was quiet but second night was much busier, on both occasions the atmosphere was good. What made it special was the owners strategy of free sparkling wine at the start and free Agricanto at the end. Location is about 100 metres down a biggish side street, 10 mins from the station.

“Wonderful”
Reviewed February 25, 2013

We stayed in Rome for 5 days and found this restaurant on day two - we just carried on going back it was so good. Service was excellent - very friendly and the little extras just made it perfect, a welcoming prosecco and a digestive!

The food was excellent every time - really impossible to pick out a favourite - and the wine list impressive, wine knowledge was spot on - I always find it nice if a less expensive wine is recommended because its drinking well - it's the way I treat my friends.

If we go back to Rome we know which restaurant it will be for each night - we don't intend to miss out on any nights next time!

Thank you. .

“Friendly and Tasty”
Reviewed February 23, 2013

We ate here for 2 nights when we stayed in Rome. The food was delicious and the service was very friendly. We enjoyed a glass of free prosecco and also limoncello after the meal. The wine wasn't that much more expensive than you'd pay at a restaurant in the UK and the quality was much higher.

The food was tasty, but after 2 nights, my husband and I wanted to try somewhere different as we'd ate the things on the menu that caught our eye. It was a great place to eat after 2 days constantly walking around Rome.

“Great Italian cuisine”
Reviewed February 23, 2013

Difficult to spot as it's ill located on the trip-advisor map. Menu mostly fish oriented and strictly italian. Every mouthful you can savor this great cuisine. Great service as well though ambient is not so inspiring.
