My wife and I visited Rome in 2017 and stayed at the Hotel Mozart which is the main hotel to the Vivaldi.
The Hotel Mozart is excellent and the Vivaldi is equally as good.
We stayed as a family of 4 including a 14 year old and a 11 year old.
The room we had was large and very well maintained.
The included breakfast is plentiful and very good.
We will definitely stay again in the future.
Thank you to all of the staff for an enjoyable few days.

My wife and I spent four days in Rome in April. We arrived at night, but the clerk at the reception was friendly, in spite of the late hour. The hotel is right off the main street - Via del Corso - and so you're right smack in the middle of things without having to walk very far, BUT without all the noise and bustle reaching your ears. Our room was very spacious.
Attractions such as The Spanish Stairs and the Colosseum are within walking distance (about twenty-five minutes for the latter).

I stayed at Hotel Mozart a couple of years ago so thought I would treat myself and my daughter to an upgrade. the Vivaldi rooms are run by the Hotel Mozart but are in a different building. No worries though - they send you over with a nice man to carry your luggage. The rooms have their own breakfast room too, although no roof top bar, but Mozart is about 1 mins walk away for your evening aperitif!

The room itself was fine. Large, with a TV (if you really need one), free wi-fi, a kettle, and tea and coffee which is replenished when the room is cleaned. There is also a mini fridge which came in handy for keeping our water cool! The bathroom is huge with complementary toiletries, and the room is cleaned every day. My only complaints are the view from the room was of the backs of two buildings, and the neighbours enjoyed loud music most evenings.

The rooms themselves are perfectly located, being 5 mins walk from the Spanish Steps, a bit longer to the river and the Pantheon, and a good 20 min stroll to the Forum and Coliseum. There is a Carrefour just around the corner if you need anything, and there are plenty of bars and restaurants close by. we enjoyed our stay here a lot and recommend it.

Room tip: Try and get a room with a view.

Due to a horrible with the hotel I had booked (cancelled without informing us) Expedia came up with this hotel for us, and oh it is so much better than my original choice. Right in the thick of things in Rome. A 2 minute walk to the Spanish steps and about 5 mins to the Trevi fountain. Just a tip if you stay here, go to these attractions early, say 8:30am, that way you'll see them without a thousand (literally) other people being there. It's also close to the pantheon and villa Borghese and the local metro station. Also many fabulous restaurants very close by. As for the actual hotel, well the Vivaldi is an annex of the Mozart hotel. You go to Mozart to check in, a 30 second walk away, then you enter Vivaldi thru a huge, security coded front door. There is a lift to take you to your room then another security coded door for the floor you are staying on. We just had the standard room but I believe there are suites, family rooms and rooms with balcony's. Our room faced the street. All the usual amenities are in the room, king sized bed, tv, desk, chairs, large ottoman, large wardrobe, bar fridge and a very large bathroom. Room was cleaned daily and bathroom stocked with nice toiletries. Breakfast is included and what a fabulous breakfast. Home made cakes everyday and frittatas, plus the usual fruit, cereal, meats, cheeses and pastries. We didn't have, or need, much interaction with the staff but reception were very friendly and accommodating. I have no hesitation recommending this excellent, reasonably priced hotel to anyone and would not hesitate to stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at Vivaldi rooms for our honeymoon in September 2016. The location of the hotel was perfect! Mornings started with healthy breakfast, and were followed with long walks around the city. The room was slightly smaller than what we had expected, however, it was a nice cozy room for two of us. We also had a comfy couch in our room. Highly recommend this place.
