This small boutique hotel/apartment is tucked away down a small street just steps from Corso Vittoria Emmanuel II. It is centrally located within walking distance to almost everything you would want to see or do. Piazza Navona is almost immediately behind the hotel and there are many cafes and bistros between the hotel and Piazza Navona. Just turn left out the door. Unfortunately, we didn't discover that until our last evening. We booked the 2 bed 2 bath which was perfect and a bargain compared to booking 2 hotel separate rooms in Rome!!! Everything was clean and well appointed. I agree with some other posts, that the street could be noisy on the weekend. This is because of its proximity to Campo de Fiori and Piazza Navona with all its nightlife. However, there were heavy wooden shutters on the inside of the window that when closed blocked the light and deadened the street and traffic noise. I also had earplugs with me but didn't need them once I closed the shutters. Considering how centrally located the apartment is to everything, I can't even consider the noise as a negative. The manager, Jenifer, was very helpful even before our arrival. She set up our airport transfer, printed out our Vatican reservation and would probably have helped us with whatever we needed. She gave us a map and orientated us upon check in which was quick and efficient. I can't even think about staying anywhere else next time I am in Rome.

Room Tip: The apartments have two bedrooms at either end. One faces the front of the hotel with the narrow str...

The two bedroom/two bath apartment was ideally located close to PNavonna and Campo do Fiori. The apartment was clean and well appointed. The staff was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.Neighborhood shops and restaurants were charming. We would definitely rent again when in Rome.

Just back from 4 nights at the Palazza Olivia with friends. We wanted to walk as much as possible so the location couldn't have been better, the longest walk we did was to the Spanish Steps which was about 20 minutes away. Piazza Navona was 2 minutes walk away. The apartment was not huge but as we only wanted to sleep there it was fine, bedrooms were plenty big enough and the apartment was cleaned and the sheets and towels changed after 2 days. Air con in all the rooms was great. Breakfast each morning was typical continental but with plenty of choice and we ate at varying times and never found the food had run out. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, especially Jennifer who sorted out our transfers to and from the airport. would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone who wants to feel part of Rome rather than staying in a large impersonal hotel.

The location is great, but the poor service, rudeness of the staff and old furniture are not worth the price it costs. It is very complicated to arrange for the keys, as there is no reception. The beds are old and the place very noisy. The breakfast buffet is good if you arrive among the first ones... Then food disappears and other customers have to find their own breakfast outside, even if they have paid. Very unprofessional...

Room Tip: Don't stay on the first floor, the activity downstairs starts at 7am and it is impossible to sle...

Have just come back from a fabulous week in Rome. We stayed in one of the Palazzo Olivia apartments and it was great. Rooms were cleaned every 2 days and all the staff were very friendly. Lovely breakfasts, great location, within a minute of the Piazza Navona and within easy walking distance of the major attractions.

We would certainly stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

I stayed here with my 2 teenage sons & we had a fab time. The apartment was so central & was great inside. We were all in 1 room but there was a separate kitchen & living area for me to sit when the boys laid in. A lovely big bathroom too. Breakfast was included & was served in the cafe downstairs which was really tasty, coffee good. It was so central that we could go out & come back to the apartment a couple of times during the day to rest our aching feet. Good restaurants at the bottom of the street where my younger son had the best pizza he'd ever eaten in his life. Staff were really helpful & friendly. Rome is beautiful but exhausting so was a comfortable place to stay. Fantastic.

PO provides a good, clean, no frills room at an extraordinary price. The location can not be beat.
The shower was very small but hey deal with it. All of Rome is walkable from this location. For those who want to spend more time in the streets of Rome than the hotel room, PO provides. The breakfast was very good...
