Basically, this hotel is really very special. The staff were amazingly friendly, we were greeted with two glasses of orange juice brought on a silver tray, we upgraded to the larger room with a jacuzzi for 12 Euros (Worth it) and a balcony overlooking the street. Rome is amazing, and this place is just so authentic and cool.
The room was clean, the aircon was nice and keen, and the place was quiet as you like.
Breakfast brought to you whatever time you wanted, to your room, was a lovely touch as well. All in all, I couldnt not fault this place.

Room Tip: Go for the upgrade

Superbly helpful and friendly staff - breakfast delivered to the room - rooms very clean and comfortable - quaint, old-fashioned and reliable lift to the fourth floor of this apartment building where the hotel lobby is centrally placed for all rooms. We liked the location as it was so close to the Villa Borghese Park - a cool stroll across the park brings you to the Spanish Steps or if you wish to leave the park sooner you are at the top of the Via Veneto of the 'Dolce Vita' fame. Alternatively, you are just off a square with buses and taxis to wherever. We felt completely at home and would definitely stay here again. Thanks to all the lovely staff for a very enjoyable stay.

A Bed & Breakfast on the 4th floor of a building in a somewhat out-of-the-way part of Rome, in that it's not all that close to a Metro Station. Must tell you that my wife had some doubts about staying here w/two of our granddaughters.

But Bruno and his staff have a delightful place - well appointed, spotless and comfortable. A very nice continental breakfast served in your room gives a bright start to your day. And the topper is: It's very moderately priced!

Very nice forth floor hotel with great front desk and breakfast service. Our attention by the mgr. Bruno Miglietta was as good as it gets..he made us feel very well at home and comfortable. Room was a little tight but clean and quiet. If there is any downside at all it would maybe there is no traditional lobby on the first floor(didnt bother us in the least). When in ROME again we will definately stay here again!!!

We stayed at the Domus Inn for four nights. We found that the hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were exactly as advertised in the pictures. No creepy crawler surprises or mold that you sometimes find. The room was outfitted with smart classic furniture and a flat screen television. Our room had a jacuzzi which ended up not working but they happily refunded the price difference for us.

The staff was great. Always with a smile willing to help. When we got to the hotel they gave us a map and some instructions on how to get around.

The breakfast was good, some croissants some rolls, yogurt, juice and coffee. But we preferred the cafe across the street. It was nice that the food was served in the room and not have to worry about arriving in a dinning room on time. It was also a great use of space for a small hotel.

If there was anything we did not like it was not the fault of the hotel or management. The hotels location is not great but it really was not a far walk to the Spanish steps (15 mins) and the area buses were easy enough to figure out with the staffs help. What we didn't like was the nightclubs down the street which made sleeping for my partner who a light sleeper tough. I had no problem though. Aside from the noise we had a pleasant stay. And would probably return but need a quieter room.

Despite a rather apprehensive first impression ( we expected a classic hotel but the rooms are on the 4th floor of a quality appartment block, with a quaint, reliable elevator), we found the room to be high quality and comfortable. Breakfast is served in the room ( there is no dining area).

From the main Terminal railway sation, it is easy to reach; 4 stops on the n° 38 bus and get off at FUMITO stop ( use bus web site http://www.atac.roma.it/?lingua=ENG to get detailed printable instructions).

The hotel staff were very friendly and most helpful and explained how to get to the usual tourist sites. Using public transport in a strange city is always a bit of a hassle; but we quickly found we mastered what we needed. You can get a 3 day pass for the transport system, but we found that individual 75 minute tickets ( 1 € each) met our needs and tickets can be bought from the tabaco shop across the road.

My wife said the night noise took some time to die down, but I had no trouble sleeping; I think a little noise is to be expected in a city hotel and you could get a lot worse.

To sum up; the price was reasonable compared to other central hotels and we had a very pleasant stay and we'd recommend it as a good base to visit Rome

We all loved this hotel - Rome was very cold during our stay and this was a clean, cosy, warm refuge after endless hours of touristing - breakfast on a tray in our room was fab! Is situated at pretty side of city(we think) and well placed for buses to all areas.Best asset were the staff who were really friendly and helpful.
Ps. be aware you need to pay a city tax in cash when you check out
