“I'm lucky to have found this place!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 8, 2009

We chose this place for our last night in Rome, as I had an early flight out the next morning and wanted to be close to the train station. I couldn't have been more pleased with this place! The location was great. It was just a short 5 minute walk to the Termini station and there was a great restaurant next door with good food and great prices. The best part about it was that the room and bathroom were spacious, clean and well-decorated. And the owner Enrico was so accommodating and helpful. It was the perfect place to end our trip. I don't see how anyone could regret staying here, and it looks like so far all of the guests have been quite pleased.

Room including bathroom was very clean and I think renovated not so long ago.
Room size is quite small but when in Rome you don't spend too much time in room. Typical italian breakfast is served to room (earliest 8.30)
Staff was very helpful and friendly.
5 minute walk to Termini and little longer to Rebubblica. Many restaurants near if you don't want to go further for dinner. You can find supermarket in Termini station at Via Volturno.

Very nice B&B. Owners are super accommodating. Doesn't come close to a hotel where you're a numbered guest. They do make you feel at home. Location is very good. Walking distance to Termini and Piazza della Repubblica. Very nice side street and quiet compared to the traffic on the major arteries.
The rooms are all renovated and sparkling clean. The building is also very nice.
I suggest if you don't know Rome well, call ahead and get the details. If you go by map might take you too long and by metro/subway is painfully useless. Cab is out of question since it really is in walking distance from Termini. We had about 55 Kg in luggage and walked with it.

You love the place. Even the tratoria's owner across the street will remember you after 2 visits...
