B&B Citta Giardino is the best home-away-from-home experience we've had in all our travels. The warmth and caring nature of our host Stefania, the beautifully appointed rooms, attention to detail and anticipation of our requirements throughout our ten-day stay were outstanding. A Rome seven-day transport ticket proved a bonus (Eu16 each) allowing us to go anywhere we chose on bus or train. Arriving 'home' to the roses, birdsong and a very comfortable bed at the end of a long day's sightseeing was the icing on the cake. We ate very well each night within walking distance - a standout was Salvatore's Pizzeria in a nearby square. We couldn't recommend this B&B highly enough!

Room Tip: We chose the suburb of Montesacro as we wshed to have a quiet place to stay. If you prefer the busy...

We have stayed for 3 nights and had a very pleasant experience: the cosiness, the cleanliness, the delicious breakfast, and most of all- the attention and hospitality of Stefania suited to all our needs..
The holiday in Rome was great, and to come back after a long day of walking and siteseeing to this lovely place, was just great. Our room (Uva Room) had a small balcony under a lemon tree..
If you are looking for a stay in a private pension, and hate the hotels and the bustle of the centre, this is the place for you! Take bus 90 from Termini or 60 from Piazza Venezia, and your are there in just 30 minutes (10 minutes by car). Most cost effective! (room-85 per night, bus-2Euro each way..)

Room Tip: We booked the room through www.hoteliers.com

A year late replying to your review on trip advisor, I apologize for the delay but I realized a few days ago reading comments from other hotels that I could do. So thank you very much again because it is thanks to your review that Helen and her husband from melbourne have decided to stay 10 nights in my B&B. I hope you to come back to see if maybe you are moving from Rome you'll also have a surprise: in a few days (I hope) will get a metro station 200 meters from my B & B. I thank you again for the nice words you wrote a hug. Stefania
