Cristiano is a wonderful owner of this charming B&B. He is so helpful and friendly. Each morning he prepares breakfast and you eat with the other guests at the dining room table. It was a lovely way to meet new people. The rooms are simple and comfortable. Nothing spectacular, but a very good value for the price. The B&B is in a nice, lively neighborhood...about a 20 minute walk to the Vatican. We just had a very lovely stay here and think it's a great budget B&B in a lovely neighborhood in Rome.

On behalf of the whole family, I would like to express my sincere thanks to Mr. Cristiano de Benedetti, for making our stay at Domus Cavour so memorable.

We were in Rome between the 11th and 19th July, and have enjoyed every moment of our holiday. We are so glad we stayed at Domus Cavour. The rooms were beautifully designed, with comfortable beds and crisp clean sheets. Everything was always meticulously clean. We felt as if we were right at home.

Breakfast was delicious! We loved the fresh-croissants and toast every morning. They were a great way to kick start the day.

We are most grateful for Mr. Cristiano's help. He arranged transport service, and also gave us the luxury of using the kitchen when we were scheduled for early tours. Most of all, we appreciate the wealth of information about where to dine and how to get around the city. The food served at every restaurant he recommended ... La Griglietta, San Marco, Dino's ... was delicious.

It was all so fabulous. We have already recommended Domus Cavour to friends and family, and recommend it to all tripadvisor users who are planning a holiday in Rome. We will most definitely head back to Domus Cavour on our next trip to Rome.

Private apartments used for B&B - you get checked in, handed a key to your room, the apartment, and the building and then you're on your own in Rome. Walked to most sites from the B&B - great restaurants just around the corner or down the block. No frills; comfortable beds, good A/C, quiet rooms - we'll DEFINITELY stay there next trip too.
Cristiano was on holiday when we arrived but had arranged for a stellar guide to take us on tour of the Vatican, Sistine Chapel, and Basilica - she was a PhD in Art, History, Architecture specializing in the Renaissance. Wow. Highly recommend Domus Cavour. :-)
We left for tours before breakfast everyday so I have no idea how the breakfast was that was provided.

Beautiful B&B, spotlessly clean (and I am extremely fussy!), very tastefully decorated and Cristiano was wonderful! Replied to emails almost straight away and very helpful before our trip with regards to airport transfer and tickets for The Vatican. We took the Bus Shuttle (8 euros) from the airport to Piazza Cavour and had a walk of maybe 3 or 4 minutes to the B&B so very handy. Felt very safe too. Would choose Domus Cavour every time!! Thanks Cristiano, Heidi & Wayne :o)

Brilliant; location, price, value and welcoming. I searched on the Internet for weeks to find a family room with 4 beds cloe to the Vatican that was reasonable and had good reviews. I am so pleased that I located this b&b. Christiano is the owner/manager, he is a businessman and understands about customer service and the power of the Internet. If you lodge here I doubt that you will have any significant regrets. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we are enjoying ours now.
