This wine bar had a great selection of regional wines and to buy and sit and drink there or take away at sensible prices. I believe they do about 20 bottles of wine by the glass and they also have a big selection of grappas.
While it was not exactly full when we were there end of August, I would imagine that when the city returns to normality after the summer break would be packed.
The staff who seemed to thaw after a while said that they had music there and it got very busy.
The food was basic cold meats and cheeses but then it doesn't profess to be and eating place or restaurant just a good honest wine bar.
We managed to get a table by the window which was a great people watching place as there are plenty of other watering holes and eating places in this street and surrounding area!
