This apartment is in a quiet neighborhood within a quick walk from the Vatican, the metro and multiple bus stops. Good restaurants, pizza and gelato places are near (especially one on the west side of Via Silla just south of Giulio Cesare and Gelateria dei Gracchi on Via dei Gracchi). It was clean and well appointed. Albina is friendly and helpful. There is a 24-hour grocery store (Carrefour Market) a few minutes walk away. I know there was one review complaining about the absence of a particular cooking tray. I do not know who travels in order to make fondue! People who want to see Rome on foot, eat breakfast and maybe lunch at home and have the option of making dinner there too will find this to be a really great option. It was perfect for my family of four, with two kids in one room and parents in another, with a separate kitchen and bathroom. My wife and I have bad backs, but we were fine on the very good queen mattress in the center bedroom. There was no charge for the air conditioning (although we tried to keep energy use down out of respect for its high costs in Europe). I booked this place myself, and my sometimes skeptical wife praised the job I did afterward: that is all you need to know!
