I have just returned from a two night stay at Suite Dreams in Rome. I booked this hotel because of the favourable reviews on trip advisor and the central location. Our room was very spacious and we had a huge wardroom with lots of storage space. The bathroom was large and clean with a big walk in shower. The mattress on the bed was very firm and I liked the large windows which meant the room felt light and airy in the daytime. There were two complimentary bottles of water in the mini bar which were replaced the following day. My husband would have liked more English channels on the tv, other than the two news channels, but this did not bother me.
The check in and check out were very smooth, the two receptionists we met were very helpful and polite, and nothing was too much trouble for them, they even helped us with our online airport check in. The reception area was very smart (we loved the wooden floors throughout the hotel) and we liked the movie posters in the corridors.
The hotel was very quiet, we heard hardly any noise at all. During the Saturday night I did wake up and hear music, I have no idea where it was coming from, but it was not enough to keep me awake - and I am a very light sleeper. The metro runs under the building in which the hotel is located and we could hear trains passing through quite early in the morning, but this was not a disturbance, it just added to the charm of the hotel. On the second night we were a little cold and put the heater on, although it is similar to the air conditioning in that it is a little noisy when its on, but this was only a small nuisance.
The breakfast room was very pleasant. Breakfast itself is typical continental buffet style - toast, croissants, jams, cake, cheese, ham, hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt and two types of cereal. There was also fruit juice and a very smart coffee machine. My husband prefers tea and was able to make up a small pot from the hot water and teabags supplied.
The location, as many reviewers have stated, is perfect for sightseeing, and for getting to and from the airport. I recommend this hotel and I would stay here again without hesitation.

First I have to say that not often the WiFi works after it became free on almost every Italian hotel.
It does work fine on SuiteDreams and it's still free. This little hotel is only eight rooms but it offers what you normally want. It's clean with wooden floors covers most of your needs for a short business trip. The location is close to city center and very close to Piazza Repubblica and the Metro station. Breakfast is OK but more sweets than real food. Friendly and helpful staff.
A real good value for money.

Basically we chose the hotel according to how people were reviewing it and it's location. We were not disappointed. We took a Leonardo Express train (14€ each from the ticket machine and extra 2€ if bought from the office) to the termini station and the hotel was enough close to walk there with the luggage. The hotel itself is easy to miss, but check Google maps before hand and it's no problem. The elevator looked small and inconvenient, but all rooms were in second floor so that's not a big deal.
Hotel receptionist gave us the map and same time a quick tour from Rome with a map, which was very nice.
Remember to reserve the room from this hotel from their own site, because then the breakfast is free. At least in our case the price was the same in hotel reservation sites as in hotels own site. Breakfast itself is not that great... decent coffee, few kind of toast and ham... some sweets. But it was okay, just to get something so you don't have to find a breakfast place first thing.
Room was big, clean, cleaned every day, good bathroom, free safe, two pillows and pretty good bed. Absolutely no problems there... okay except sometimes a low pressure in a shower. Hotel also offered free bottled water every day in the minibar which was nice.
Hotel location is ~1,8km from Colosseum and Pantheon, ~3,8km from Vatican and ~0,7km from Termini station. We walked everywhere and in Rome prepare to walk, but there's a subway (1,5€ per ticket) near so atleast to Vatican that is easy way to go.
We were very pleased with the hotel and can recommend it.

There are many hotels in Rome, especially budget hotels. For 50-80 euros, a double room with breakfast can easily be had. Suitedreams set me back 110e for a double used as a single room. The "hotel" is a portion of one floor of a building located near Termini train station. The place is clean, neat and modern. I was greeted politely and the formalities were quickly accomplished. My room was ample, lacking any furniture other than the bed and a a plastic chair but there was work space against the wall. And there was a fridge (water was free). The bathroom was worn a bit and the door had a fair amount of rust among the bottom. The room is heated by an overhead heater that required instruction (there were no instructions in the room). The place was quiet. Breakfast is super budget. A Nespresso coffee machine makes your daily coffee and it tastes pretty bad. Croissants but no fruit, cake and yoghurt were ample. All in all, it wasn't bad but no bargain. That said, for its proximity to the train station, it is a place i will consider again.

Big and modern room, with big and confy bed. The bathroom was also really modern and big.
The location is a plus plus. Close to the subway and most attractions. A private parking is near by. The breakfast is small and simple, but good. Staff was great too and they arrange a pick up service in the airport for us (paid to the driver).
Definetely recommend.
