After much investigation and research my girlfriend chose this hotel and what a blinding choice it was. Brilliant location for the train and metro (buses too) great position to visit the main sites and remain in a relatively central, yet quiet, area. Plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from and all within a short walk and beggars apart there was a very secure feeling in the city centre as a whole, despite the hour of the day or night. The hotel is lovely, clean, modern and very trendy. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with tasteful decoration and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Use this hotel you will not be disappointed..

I emailed this "hotel" over 3 months ago, letting them know we had 9 people for 3 nights and would require 3 triples, they had replied that it was all fine and not a problem, and advised me to book it via their website to incl free breakfast. On checking in we were told it was a problem that there were so many of us as we might disturb the other guests and that they were not a normal hotel (whatever that meant). We spent the next 3 days whispering and it was ridiculous. We realised after 2 days that the manager/owner of this property must stay in a room that was between 2 of our rooms so we figured it was not the other guests that would be bothered but him.

This place is good for couples but don't go if you wanna have fun, make a little noise, enjoy yourself or stay with kids or more than 3 people. To be told that we were going to be a problem right at checkin was rude and i did ask why this was not told to me earlier through the emails, I would have booked somewhere else. I should have booked something with a pool, you need it for Rome's summer after a big hot day out.

The rooms are nice though. very clean & has good air conditioning. The building is shared with other "hotels" and occupancy, one scary small lift (but has stairs) and is located close to affordable eateries. It's about 10min relaxing walk to Termini, more with luggage and very easy to use the metro to get to Vatican or the colosseum. There was a shutter on our window but it did not keep the noise of traffic out from about 6am till late plus above us was a lot of hammering, they must have been doing renovations and this also started early.

The rooms are nice, shower is very small and tight but very clean. There are steps at the front of this building to go up towards the lift. Staff are pleasant considering the 10 commandments we were first given and breakfast was good. Signage out the front is small, we drove passed it the first time in the cab so keep your eyes peeled.

This is not a very big hotel, but the location is exceptional. We were in room 5 and it was very quiet. The staff is helpful and patiently showed us how to easily get around to all the hot spots in the limited time we had in Rome. The hotel is located close to the Repubblica train stop (this is the one you take for Vatican City), as well as the main station, Termini. Both are within walking distance. They provided a very good map of the area. We checked in early and they held our bags, delivering them to our room when the room was ready. The room was a nice size, very clean and comfortable, and quiet. There is a nice pastry shop just down the street where you can get wonderful croissants and coffees. We would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Rome area.

Great hotel for it's location, cleanliness and staff. Breakfast was adequate and cost additional $10. Elevator is very small but hotel is only one floor up. Staff was on call 24 hrs and was very helpful. It met all of our expectations.

This hotel exceeded our already high expectations out of the water! As a young couple on our first holiday together, we were quite worried about certain aspects of the holiday, but suitedreams made it so stress free! Very easy to find, so close to the Termini. Its in such a good position in Rome, about 10 minutes walk from the Trevi, 15 from the Spanish Steps. The staff at the hotel have the most exceptional service, two examples of this during our stay would be that firstly, i lost my phone on the second day, of course i was frantically ringing it from my boyfriends phone, suddenly we hear a knock at our room door and the woman from reception is there with my phone in her hand saying she saw the phone on reception and saw it ring and looked up the name on the database and bought it to us, amazing! Secondly, the male receptionist (i assume he's the manager/owner of the hotel wish i had caught his name!) went above and beyond for us, my boyfriends iPhone charger stopped working so he rang reception to see if they had one (we didn't think they would but it was worth a shot!) and ten minutes later a knock at the door and there he is with an iPhone charger in hand! Suitedreams was such a good base for us in the middle of rome, amazing aircon, spotless rooms and we didn't have the breakfast but i'm sure that would be amazing too!

As long as you are not looking for all the frills and graces then this hotel will do you just fine. The location is brilliant, less than 5 mins walk from the Metro (Republicca Stn) and two blocks from Termini Railway Stn. The hotel is also half a block from Via Nazionale which is a major road in Rome. You can reach all the major historical sights from here, some on foot in 30 mins or so and you have the Metro for the rest. Lots of pizzeria and restaurants around to eat in as the hotel only offers breakfast for free, if you book on-line, otherwise you have to pay extra. The rooms are clean, adequate size and with good bathrooms. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and help with any questions you have about where to go, how to get there, etc. Initially the location of via Moderna can be a bit confusing but after 5 mins. it is a cinch. The breakfast is your normal continental style but adequate. I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Rome on vacation or even business. It also has excellent wi-fi (which I am using to send this review).

Room Tip: Book online directly with the hotel they are very responsive to emails.

Great hotel because of its cleanliness, location to train station and staff. Breakfasts were hardy and filled us for a few hours of fun.

130 euros seemed reasonable per night considering all.

Be warned though ... Beds are hard as boards. Everything else is A+.
