We stayed here for 3 nights during our visit to Rome. It is located in a residential area within just 5 minutes’ walk from the main entrance to the Vatican , within walking distance to most of the sites. The home is very nice, and our room was very comfy with free Wi-Fi .

Romeo & Bibi were very friendly and helpful with suggestions for meals and sightseeing.

We had a very goed place at this B&B. Good location for the conference in the Hilton hotel (20 min walk). Romeo gave us a lot of good information about Rome and very good tips! Every day homemade cake and every morning a good breakfast.

This really is a great place to stay in Rome. The neighborhood is great and not touristy even though it is a 15 minute walk to the Vatican. Getting to all the absolutely mind blowing historical sites in this city is easy from here. The apartment itself is very nice, clean and most importantly, has air conditioning. I arrived at the place a sweaty mess. Summer in Rome is no joke. Romeo helped us with our bags, took us into our room and said "Greg, let me show you the most important thing, the air conditioning." It was so beautiful, I almost cried a little. He then sat us down in the kitchen and went through a map of the whole city with us, telling us which busses to take, what restaurants to eat at etc...(follow his restaurant recommendations they were amazing.) Then he gave us a cake that his wife made, which was still warm and gooey. And delicious. Comfy bed, nice but smallish bathroom. There is a great market across the street, locals selling fresh fruit and meat and cheese and bread. Awesome.
My only complaint was a slight miscommunication about arrival time. I confirmed it with him 3 weeks prior, and he also confirmed via email. I arrived and had to call him to come let me in. He said he didn't know when I was coming. No big deal. From the looks of the reviews on here, this sort of thing doesn't happen very often. He is a great host, and a nice guy. I would stay there again and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Just make sure to confirm your arrival time a couple days prior :)
Thanks, Romeo!

We stayed At Bibi e Romeo's Home for a very long weekend in the beginning of August. The air-conditioning was great, the room was spacious, clean modern, great on-suit bathroom. The Hosts were amazing! Thank you Romeo for your recommendations and quick answers to all of our questions. Thank you Bibi for the great cakes every morning. There are four Bedrooms - two facing the main street, and two facing the courtyard.
Right across the street there is a great food market you should take advantage of.
We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Rome.

My friend and I stayed here for 4 nights at the end of June 2012. The B&B is a 5-10 minute walk from the Vatican and close to train/bus stops which made getting around Rome super quick and easy. Romeo is a fantastic host and will give you great tips for where to eat, shop, and how to get around. Bibi's pastries were amazing and definitely a highlight of our stay. If you are looking for something quick and cheap to eat, there is a small restaurant/take-out place downstairs that has very friendly service and tasty food. I would definitely stay here again if I ever get the chance!

This was an excellent B&B close to the Vatican. Romeo is an incredible host - friendly and informative, he gave us a detailed map of the city and showed us the best way to get around. Bibi makes the most delicious pastries/cakes, which we devoured every morning (and sometimes night too). The market across the street is big and worth visiting. It's only a five minute walk to the Vatican Museum doors - very convenient. The area is safe and within easy walking distance of the metro. The rooms are comfortable and air conditioned - a must if you're staying in Rome in the summer! My only suggestion to Bibi and Romeo is to get more signage on the entrance door. We had to find it purely on the street number. Highly recommended B&B!
