Description: The restaurant is nice and cozy in a central area of Rome, attached to Via Veneto and Villa Borghese. Good food in a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The cuisine is based on high quality products and fresh fish. The service is attentive and friendly. The price is correct and not excessive. Those who try this restaurant come back often.

This restaurant was recommended by the staff at our hotel, and was right around the corner (making it easy to find!). There were six of us, and we were eating at the American time (early evening) rather than more common but the staff was friendly, and nice. They gave excellent suggestions, and we all tried something different - from different pastas and risottos and varying grilled meats. Everyone at the table agree it was a great meal, and worth recommending to others.

Excellent dinner and very friendly staff. Sea food pasta was great. Bottle of limoncello was left on the table at end of dinner.

I don't know why I found this place strange but it had a weird atmosphere. We were taken to a table in a completely empty room, although they had space in other rooms with customers. Bread was not that great (in Italy!) The food was good but not great, I don't remember what I had. Wine was excellent. It took them forever to remember to bring us food. We were already eating when our wine finally arrived. They gave us tons of free dessert: cookies, chocolates, all great. When the bill arrived our server wrote in block letters on it: "TIP" We were not sure what it meant. We left 10%, it was not great service throughout the meal, even with free sweets (we did not order). The server gave us a strange look, like he was not happy. Later our Italian guide explained to us that gratuity is included. I have no idea what to think about this place and I'm not coming back.

We loved this restaurant. it had such nice atmosphere, and the food was great. We heard about it, because we ate two nights at the restaurant across the street, owned by the same family. it was a fine dining experience that I thoroughly enjoyed. Had a wonderful carbonara, and my fellow diners raved about the fish. Will certainly hit this restaurant again next trip to Rome.

true Roman atmosphere...been there several times last year and came back this year as well, owner has a photos with Gregory Peck from the seventies and you can meet mr. Andrea presonally every evening... old fashioned restaurant with various hidden corners and launges...excelent ,,old,, beef, try ,,bisteca de manzo,, or filet de manzo ( more like tipical beef steak with no fat, unlike the first traditional one )
but the PASTA is also tasty as well as the sea food... like everywhere in the central Rome they do not expect you to speak English however Italian of any level is very welcome :) Buon Apetito !
