Nice, well-appointed, modern apartment in grand old (late 19th century?) city building. Two good-sized double bedrooms and open-plan kitchen/dining/living area. Diego, the owner, was very helpful and check-in/-out was easy. Shabby (but characterful/interesting) area of town, but felt safe and the restaurants we visited were both good and cheap. Only 10 mins walk from Garibaldi/Central Station and under 3 mins to Spaccanapoli and into the old town. Definitely would stay here again and, in case anyone is surprised that you've chosen to stay in Naples rather than Sorrento/Pompeii/etc., more fool them - it's fantastic.
This apartment is located centrally in the historic centre of the city, located in an old Napoli block with a central square which the apartment overlooks which makes it lovely and quiet. Inside the apartment is modern , fresh and airy with colour co-ordinated furnishings. The beds are comfortable with crisp white sheets and the bath towels are fluffy and in abundance. the rooms are of a good size with plenty of storage space. and the shower has two heads, one large spherical overhead, and one hand held...both have a great power, and give an invigorating shower.
A hair dryer is also available which has good power.
There is a coffee making machine...but it is not a gusto anymore, it has been changed, however Diego supplied the coffee.
Everything you need is there, cleaning products etc. Diego was a great host, he was easy to meet, and was constantly in touch with us via whatsApp, and had lots of good advice (especially for eating at Tandem) he had supplied us with sparkling wine on arrival in the fridge, supplies of water and cans of coke, fruit and due to easter had kindly given us a bowl of chocolate easter eggs.
the apartment is surrounded by historical buildings, close walk to the harbour for trips to various islands (very good prices by hydrofoil) and surrounded by eateries gelaterria and bars.
This is a rarity, the owner is attentive and has an eye for detail...this is the best apartment i have ever stayed in. do'nt miss it
