We had a great room with a patio over looking the city and Vesuvius on the 6th floor. It seemed like it could be noisy on the lower floors because of the number of bars in the piazza. breakfast was big but it was impossible to get a cappuccino from the staff which is very high on my list. the did have a big pot of american coffee but I can drink that at home. The hotel is in a great location around plenty of sights and great restaurants.

Average hotel with decent breakfast. One small lift - very slow. Room was clean and the decor very minimalist. In an OK location. Unlike the vast majority of the other reviewers I don't feel there was that much to write home about.

We spent 3 nights here on out tour of the amalfi coast. If I ever go back to naples I would book here again straight away.

We booked the slightly more expensive rooms which came with a terrace. After arriving was so glad we went for the terrace - it was massive, such a welcome place to chill in the sun after a crazy day in naples and drink a bottle of wine. As a bonus you could have breakfast braught to your room for 5 euros - we did this everyday and had it on the terrace as tge sun came up.

Although they didn't have on site parking, they recommended a local garage for us. It was about a 5 minute walk fron the hotel and cost us 75 euros for 3 nights.

P.s. driving in naples is not for the faint hearted - so make sure you're not a nervous driverer if you are thinking about it.

The hotel doesn't really have a bar, more of a serving hatch, but they do have a great court yard outside and you can have your drinks there. They also had a great selection of drinks.

Anyway it is in a spot on location minutes walk to the two main drags and attractions in naples. Also near the uni so loads of hip restaurants and bars on your doorstep.

All the staff we met were so friendly, thr rooms were very modern and clean.

Book here when in naples no questions about it!

Everything is new, feels safe and relax while you stay in the hotel. Employees are friendly, facility and location(very close to Dante station, which is only 3 stops away from train station) are all good. Breakfast has variety choice and you can eat at their garden.

I'd like to give this hotel a much better review than I feel I justifiably can.

Our room had an excellent view of Castel St. Elmo, the room was spacious and clean and had a balcony and was satisfactory in all ways except one:- after a couple of days of enjoying very pleasant accommodation, this was over a weekend, the noise from renovations on the adjoining property jolted us out of our complacence. The noise was absolutely terrible. I complained, but quite rightly, the manager said he could do nothing about it, it was next door.

He offered to shift us, but we were only there for a couple more days and to pack up and shift rooms was not a particularly pleasing prospect, so we bit the bullet and just tried to be away during working hours as much as possible.

However, the breakfasts were excellent, the desk staff helpful and courteous, the location close to the center of Naples.

Really, its a good hotel, but that noise next door took the shine off our visit to Naples.
I'd be more than happy to stay there again --- but only if the neighbours had finished their renovations.

This is now one of my favorite hotels in Europe. The staff could not have been more helpful, cheerful, and efficient. Our room was extremely comfortable with a good safe, excellent WiFi, and an amazing large terrace overlooking the city. The building itself, a former palazzo, is clean and crisp and cleverly styled, contemporary but with touches of past grandeur -- the vibe of the hotel is airy and casual and open. The breakfast is great, and you can eat it in the hotel's beautiful open-air courtyard. Everything you need is right out the door on the Piazza Bellini -- good restaurants, hip cafes, booksellers everywhere -- especially in the atmospheric street leading to Piazza Dante. At night the Piazza Bellini seems to be the hippest place in Naples for vibrant outdoor night life, and whether you're gay or straight or somewhere in between, do have a beer or a spritz on the sidewalk at Cafe Fiorella, where you will make many friends.

Naples is a soulful and energetic city, magnificent underneath all the scruff, which deserves as much time as you can give it -- certainly more than one night. The Hotel Piazza Bellini is perfectly situated for exploring the sights: you are only two blocks from the Archeological Museum and also Spaccanapoli; the Via Tribunali connects with the Piazza. The hotel can phone you a taxi to Capodimonte or the Opera or wherever else you need to go, at the best possible rate, or you can walk. You should feel safe about using the Line 1 Metro between Stazione Garibaldi and Piazza Dante to access the hotel. I am in my 60's, often walking alone, and not once did I feel vulnerable or victimized anywhere in the city. I see much more graffiti and garbage here in New York than I saw in Naples. What I did see was an untamed, unaffected beauty and a rawness and energy that was immensely appealing to me. And the memory of it will resonate within me pleasurably for some time to come, until I go there again.

Room Tip: Absolutely you should pay a bit extra for a terrace room on the fifth floor -- not only will you hav...

A modern, clean, safe hotel, convenient for the main areas of Naples. Staff were very helpful, recommending bars and restaurants nearby. Our room was on the small side, but had everything in that we needed. The bars across the road in the Piazza Bellini are great in the evening for people watching. Overall a good stay, and would use again if in Naples.
