I stayed in Areamare B&B for 3 times and I needed to stay in Naples because I had an appointment in U.S.A embassy and the reason I choose this B&B was it's place which was so near to the embassy and I could get there by walk.Overall I think it's a nice place and I had a good time and if I need to come back to the Naples I will stay here.

It is a great alternative to impersonal hotels full of tourists. You will find yourself in an old flat, with old nice furniture's, high ceilings and sunny balcony. It gives you immediately a feeling of visiting your friends and Italy. The owner is easy going and relaxed in an Italian way. The sea is 200 m across, the tube is round the corner to reach the train station and the city center. A small shop on the square nearby, although looking not fancy at all, will serve a nice Italian coffee. Just do not forget to tell the keeper you do not want 2 spoons of sugar in a three sip cup, this seems to be "default"

The owner was very helpful and friendly, speaking English well. He was at the B&B to meet us at planned. The room, with private ensuite, was comfortable and large enough to accommodate a single bed, a single fold-out bed and a double bed. It was close to restaurants and train line. Short walk to harbour. Lovely quiet suburb of Naples.
