Situated in the heart of an industrial estate far from anywhere, this hotel is swathed in the potent aroma of blocked sewer pipes. All the staff are fully fluent in the Italian language. If you don't speak Italian you will have big problems unless you have google search on your phone. There is a bus stop right outside the door and a shop across the road which sells bus tickets, and once the morning rush hour is over you will have no difficulty getting a bus to a Metro station for further travels into the city of Naples.
Despite the very dated exterior of the hotel, I found the room to be very modern and pleasent and spotlessly clean, although I was disappointed with the lack of any fascility for making tea or coffee. Bring your own travel kettle. The hotel was chosen to keep the cost at a minimum and so it served its purpose. I would never return to Naples because it's awful but this is no reflection on this particular hotel.

Never would return ... Left 3 days early... Nothing to do ... No bars nowhere to eat ...cannot access anywhere ..traffic crazy.. Food very basic.. Do not understand english ...very expensive ... You need a car without you will be stuck in... no where to sit outside nothing provided but have a baloncy.. Smells like a sink bomb all the time so windows need to be closed... Police on site every day not friendly they must eat and stay here not welcoming at all.. Naples in general unsafe dirty expensive smelly due to toxic waste .... Hence leaving for england 3 days early.

Hotel is very clean and bed and pillows great! Breakfast is all about various sweets, nothing salty, except for one sort of ham and cheese, and salad. Receptionists are kind, but gave false information about traffic and connection to the city, so we walked for 3 km to hotel, because there wasn't any bus, or a metro past 22.00h and no taxi driving by. Nevertheless if it was suppose to be one, it didn't show up. And other day in the morning we waited 1hour for the only bus driving by there to show up. People hardly speak english so you can't rely on info from strangers. If you don't have your own transportation I would recommend staying in the city or close to some metro station to avoid walking through bad neighberhoods.

Booked this hotel at the last minute thinking we would be in Naples, instead we were nearer to Pozzuoli, which was a great find. The hotel staff offer an excellent service and nothing is too much for them. The rooms were cleaned everyday and bedding, towels and toilet rolls also restocked. The rooms are outdated but consist of everything you need and expect, apart from a kettle. The only let down for this hotel is the irregular bus service and expensive taxis, because the hotel is situated outside the urban zone the taxis from Naples cost double to what is on the meter. The hotel itself does a good continental buffet breakfast and the rooms are spotless. Those that have booked half board seem to enjoy their evening meal as the restaurant is always busy.I would consider half board to save the travel issues of an evening, although the nearest restaurant Zi Giorgios 0.4 km(5 minute walk up a slight hill) is fantastic it offers pizzas, steak and fish dishes. There is a coffee shop opposite the hotel which offers a range of snacks and drinks and a friendly service, but there is nothing else nearby.
The local people are very helpful and Pascual from the local garage made sure we had shade and water as we waited for the irregular bus service in 36 degree heat!!!!He is also more than to happy offer any recommendations of places to eat or visit,a real character.
Anyone visiting or staying here without a car I would totally recommend buying an integrated travel card which costs €16.00 and lasts 7days, you can use this on trains, metro and buses throughout the region. However, there are no timetables and if you do see one then don't take it literally...These cards can be bought at a variety of different Tabbachis, try the ones near the train/metro stations.
