Stayed here for one week and found staff to be very accomodating. The proximity to the ferries and airport as well as train station was a plus. Room very clean. Breakfast delicious.
Will definitely stay here again.

We chose this hotel based on its proximity to the ferry terminal, and the favourable reviews on Trip Advisor - sadly we were very disappointed with the San Marco. I stayed there for 1 night with my parents in a triple room. We arrived late in the evening to be greeted by very unfriendly reception staff who wished to keep our passports overnight (due to unwillingness to copy the details down). We were given the keys to a room which we were told was at the rear of the hotel (away from the extremely busy main road), to then find the room was in fact at the front on the first floor (ie, just above the footpath on what is a very busy, noisy main road). This would have not been too bad had the air conditioning been working - however this was not the case, and when I contacted the reception staff to enquire about this the reception staff conveniently forgot their English speaking skills. We therefore had to sleep with the windows and French doors open all night, which in conjunction with the rock hard beds made for a very poor nights sleep. Otherwise the hotel was reasonably clean, and a basic breakfast was provided. The proximity to the ferry terminal was an advantage, however I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
If you want to do one or two nights in Napoli is is a great hotel. If you are coming in by boat from Sorrento, Capri or the Amalfi coast it's very easy to get to as it's only two blocks from the boat docks and in a nice (but busy) part of the city. Be warned that Google maps marks the location two blocks away for some reason but the person at the information desk at the docks was able to point to where it is from the docks. The hotel is a smaller business hotel with smallish but clean and safe rooms. One of the best features for Napoli is the the rooms are quiet with double insulated windows. It was a good deal for the price and walking distance to a number of attractions. Also an ATM was just across the street from the hotel. When we left were needed to go to the train station and the taxi from here was only 10 Euros.
I stayed there in a triple room with my parents for 2 nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They suggested great restaurants. The room was clean, maybe a bit dark and small but there was enough space to move around. The beds were comfortable. A bit noisy because of the traffic but if you close the window it is ok. Breakfast was good and the staff was again very nice. There is a free wifi. Well located. We were able to visit everything by foot.
I would stay there again.
We spent one night here on our way to Capri. The staff was helpful and pleasant. Breakfast included delicious pastries and made-to-order coffee drinks. The room was rather dark and plain and tired, but the price was attractive for the location (five-minute walk to ferries).
Very friendly staff. We walked in and got a great rate so we checked out the room and decided to stay - the hotel is very basic, this isn't a 5 star (or even 4 star, or ever 3 star hotel), but it is very clean and the staff was very friendly. There is free wifi and the location is very central. For a night or 2, it's perfect, altough if you're staying longer, i'd probably find a cozier place. We were lucky their "quietest" room was available... :)
