We selected this hotel on the basis of free car parking and the car parking was one of the best things about the hotel. Getting in out of the car park is a challenge whether in car or on foot. The only entrance available is at the front of the hotel which means negotiating security gates with or without a car both ways. Swipe cards on the back door might make this a better feature.

The property is relatively new but suffers from annoying features. The lift would fail to register a call requiring multiple selections, once inside, the floor had to be selected several times before registering. Our room's air conditioner cycled itself off after a few hours meaning a broken night's sleep as the room heated up. Mostly not done well.

Breakfast was also not done well and not helped by the lime green decor. Overall, the food was not great. There I'd seem to be about 6 staff. Less staff and better food would be a good option.

Most reviews we read prior to selecting this hotel mentioned it not being in the best part of town. This hotel is in as good a part of Naples as the rest of it. During our entire visit we did not find a 'better' part of the city. The entire city is a tip/dump with rubbish piled in the streets and littering the roadsides. If you don't have a reason to visit and you're just ticking a box you could skip the whole city and miss nothing.

This is a great hotel - fresh, clean and comfortable with friendly, helpful staff. We stayed for 4 nights and wished we'd had longer. Rooms were newly and tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and efficient air conditioning; reasonably-priced and well stocked mini-bar/fridge; free-to-use safety deposit box; pleasant en-suite shower room. Our room was on the 6th floor (served by a lift) and was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was served in the 1st floor dining room - self-service continental breakfast with fruit, juices, cereals, yogurts, cold meat & cheese, scrambled eggs, lovely rolls and pastries and excellent coffee! - limited selection, but more than adequate, - and pleasant, helpful staff. Our hired car was safely parked, free of charge, in the hotel's secure parking area. The hotel location, though not particularly attractive, is convenient for main road and rail links. There is a secluded, pleasant outdoor sitting area to the rear of the hotel. A thoroughly enjoyable, great value stay! - and did we tell you how pleasant and helpful the staff were?... We'd happily stay again at Hotel Cristina.

The hotel was new and clean with very helpful and friendly staff. Great value of money. The only down side was the lack of ventilation fan in the bathroom... which could be you know, quite unpleasant...

Nice ,clean and small hotel. The receptionist was very polite and helpful.
The hotel is not in the nice neighborhood but it is very close to metro station.
The refrigerator in our room was not working and they did not offer to change. The breakfast buffet was okay.

Great hotel!! My boyfriend and I came here one night for a concert at the arena flegrea. We had a room on the (Italian) 2nd floor overlooking the main street, and it was very quiet! The room was so clean, stylish and modern, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower had perfect pressure (important for me because I have long, thick hair, and I washed it just fine). Can't believe the price of the room for the quality of the hotel! The minibar had great options, and very reasonable prices. The staff was so friendly!! There was also a nice "Area Relax" on the main floor outside to sit and have an aperitif. Also, free parking!
Breakfast was pretty good-- there was a variety of options from croissants, meat and cheese, bread, scrambled eggs and bacon, a coffee/hot chocolate machine, plus a lot more. The breakfast staff was very nice and helpful, too!
I would definitely stay here again!
