This hotel is located in a historic and very animated part of Naples. It's great location is easily matched by the lovely and spacious rooms and friendly and professional staff. Everyone in this hotel treated us with great warmth and consideration. When we alerted staff to a little problem we had with the bathroom sink, they immediately moved us to another room. That was more than we expected. We were completely charmed by this hotel and will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Naples.

We arrived late and the staff couldn't have been nicer. They upgraded us and we spent a lovely 10 days with them. The room was lovely, clean and the whole hotel is well maintained. They put on a nice breakfast, with a generous 7-10am time frame. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Could not have been better in terms of location to shops, ports and some great restaurants... Try hosteria toledo which is 2 mins away.

The Hotel was in a perfect location to easily access the shops and boutiques, the harbour and the hills. The service was excellent. Our room had a lovely generous sized rooftop garden that was used to its fullest to relax with a glass of wine at the end of a busy day of sightseeing and shopping. Naples is a great place to visit and we wished we had alloted more than 2 nights stay in the great city with so many things to see and do.

Room Tip: Select the Junior Suite with the Rooftop Garden.

We stayed in Napoli for a couple of days and this place suited us beautifully. Very comfortable but very close to the gritty heart of the city. Friendly staff and a very comfortable room. We had our own roof garden.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel in august 2012. we chose the hotel because of the reviews it got. we weren 't dissapointed with the service. the personnel were very helpfull and always smiling . The only thing we didn't like was the quality of the bed, maybe because we chose a french style bed , which turns out to be very small... and the breakfast which was a little poor I in ouropinion. Otherwise , we had a good time and we enjoyed Naples very much.

This place was pretty standard as far as the furnishings go. It was a good size with a queen bed, a couch and a desk. The bathroom was a good size as well, with a full size shower and tub, which you don't find everywhere in Italy, usually there are just small shower stalls. We also had an air conditioner in our room, which not all hotels offer. Our room had kind of a funky smell to it, but it didn't affect us much since we really didn't stay in it long. We were only there for 1 night. Our room also had a very pretty veranda that I made use of in the afternoon. Surrounded by flowers and sunlight, it was the perfect place for a nap on one of the lounge chairs. Breakfast was good, with excellent cappuccino, and the people working the front desk, both during the day and at night were very helpful, informative, and gave great directions in perfect English.

Room Tip: Rooms on the top floor have private garden verandas. Very pretty.

We stayed in this fantastic place in July 2012 for couple of days and it was wonderful experience. Old building, perfectly decorated in old fashion style, very clean, with room space as much as you need to feel comfortable. Very clean, perfect location, friendly stuff, good breakfast. Full recommendation!
