This is a little place on the Piazza Mercado. It is as authentic as you'll get. It's not fancy, plastic table cloths. There is English on the menu, but the waiters don't really speak much English. I had to point at what I wanted. The other patrons all seemed to be locals.
The pizza is huge, it comes unsliced and can be quite daunting. I was surprised to see that everyone eats their own pizza, no sharing.
You have to have the buffalo mozzarella as well. And maybe some Peroni to complete the Italian experience.
