This hotel was recommended by friends of ours from Rome who use it as their base to make two-day trips to Naples. Located a five-minute walk from the central train station and ten minutes from the Centro of Naples, this hotel is a great place to park your bags and explore. The same two tireless brothers, Mariano and Pasquale, staff the hotel in 24-hour shifts, so you can always find a familiar face behind the front desk who buzzes you in, recognizes you and hands you your keys.
For people like us who like to spend more time out of the hotel than in, this plan had every we needed for when we came back in. Clean room, clean bathroom and nice, hot shower.
The staff gave us tips on where to go and eat. Zara provides a simple breakfast and free wifi. Enjoy the convenience and friendly Neapolitan atmosphere of this family-run hotel.

It's close to the central railway station. The service is nice and helpful, the breakfast is okay, in the middle level when considered with the overnight price. Infrastructure in the hotel is normal and looked a little old.

Fantastic people, nothing was too much trouble, Very clean hotel , in a distict not too far from the central station and underground. There is a lift which is very authentic, you pay 50c to use it lol.
Breakfast is very simple but Ok. Friendly faces serve the beverages and croissants. There are is also bead and jam.

Room Tip: Ask for a room away frm the street, these are more quiet.

The hotel was close to the central station (making it very convenient for day trips) but in a very grungy neighbourhood. The rooms were small but clean, and mine overlooked the rear courtyard, which was nothing to write home about. Breakfast was virtually non-existent. The guy at the front desk was polite and helpful, and the tariff was very reasonable.

Room Tip: A room overlooking the street would have been nice, although there isn't much to look at out there.

Because of its situation close to the main rail station, it is in a seedy and unsafe neighborhood. The reception and most of the rooms located on the 2nd floor can be accessed either by a staircase or a rather worn out coin operated lift. Once inside, the rooms are comfortable and clean and the staff, quite helpful. Breakfast time can be a rush because there is just about 8 seating space.
We selected Zara because we had fixed up a number of train trips which made being close to the station, very useful. But the unsafe neighborhood made our short walks between the station and hotel, quite stressful.
