It is not easy to find a comfortable hotel accommodations for 4 people without paying for 2 rooms and hotel Ramada was able to do it for us. One room, 4 comfortable beds and more than enough space to move around the room.

Classic decor, window that opens to the quiet inner yard, practically silent air conditioner unit, very clean marble bathroom, crispy white linens, mattresses are on the harder side, strong free Wi-Fi around the hotel and in the room.

Front desk personnel is friendly, helpful, cheerful.
Don't hesitate to ask for taxi or driver to take you places.

Hotel has a very large open terrace on the 3rd floor with trees, plants, tables and chairs, well lit at night. What a great place to finish the day with a drink or check your emails on fresh air!

Breakfast was included in the rate and was outstanding in quantity and quality.
All type of beverages you would expect for breakfast, yogurts, cereals, eggs and bacon, cold cuts, REAL pastries (not pre-packaged muffins), fruit and fruit salad!

Pleasant surprise was the hotel restaurant.
Often these establishments are there only to provide hotel guests with the basic lunch or dinner. This one was far from the basics!
Elegant, tastefully decorated with the proper silverware and table settings dining room was services by professionally trained waiters.
Food was fantastic. Deserts with home made cakes and pastries were
delightful, short but sufficient wine list with Italian wines.
Highly recommend.

Very convenient location - 3 mins walk from the train station, 10EUR ride to via Partenope promenade area.

Room Tip: Get one that does not overlook the street then you can sleep with open window with no noise.

We used Naples as a hub as we trekked down the Italian coast and this was the perfect place to stay for a few nights. It's unbelievably close to the train/subway station so it's perfect for making day trips to Pompeii and Herculaneum. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and wifi was good. We didn't eat breakfast here, but did have dinner one night which was excellent. It's a little noisy outside with the traffic, but hey, you're in the city, what do you expect? If we're ever passing through Naples again, we'll be sure to stay here!

As mention by others Hotel very clean & tidy, staff faultless really helpful a real credit to this hotel.
Design of hotel ..Art Deco which i & my family personally liked ... i can imagine it's not to every ones tastes, but to each there own. breakfast was good ... Didn't have evening meals so can't comment
Excellent local for commuting to popular tourist destinations. Literally less than a minute to the Napoli sorrento line ( across the street ) 2 mins from main train station 5 mins to metro under ground ..... Area hotel is in..errr lots of colourful characters touting there wears trying to make a buck around the main centrale station where tourists encounter Naples for the 1st time or move onto further destinations so it's a hot spot
quite bohemian really ..just don't let yourself be intimidated by it ... I'd say exercise caution as you would in any unfamiliar city ... My family, 4 in total 2 teenage daughters had no problem at all .... That being said we didn't venture out after dark.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again & would recommend to others wanting nice clean friendly reasonably priced accommodation in Naples

Thankyou we enjoyed it

excellent - the only word for it. We stayed here for four nights, reception =spotless, staff faultless -(special thanks goes to Allissia and Vealeria - they were spot on). We had half board and the meals were superb, the three course evening meal was far batter than what we had outside in Naples. Room was spotless, cleaned immaculately every day, good bath and shower facilities. we spent time at the Atrium as well. Location wise it was ideal right next to station (but we could not hear it due t good window soundproofing) and just off Piazza Garibaldi. So our excursions to Vesuvius, Herculaneum , Pompey and Sorrento was so so easy via the metro.
definitely would stay there again - warm, friendly and very clean.

Room Tip: the 5th floor was a good choice

The location of the hotel is perfect, near the train & bus station, you can walk to the old historical center in about 10-15 minutes. The room (double room) was large and clean, the sheets and towels were changes every day. In the near future the rooms will need some renovation because they already show the wear, however the service is top! Breakfast is delicious, lots fresh fruit, meats, different cheeses, cakes, ham & eggs ... I would certainly stay again in this hotel while coming back to Napoli!
