“Good restaurant and service”
Reviewed July 9, 2012

It is a very good local restaurant. Very good seafood. We had the linguini with lobster and they are very good.
Fried anchovies are super and the pizzas not bad either although not the best of naples.
Nice restaurant if you live nearby (mgallery, for instance)

“A Taste of Naples”
Reviewed June 27, 2012

Friends invited my out to taste local seafood from Naples/Napoli. The zuppa di cozze (plate of mussels, not really a soup) was really tastey, served on bread with a little of the broth. We also had some fried vegetables, a little like tempura, that were also tastey. We ate outside at the nicely set up street-side tables and had an entertaining and friendly waiter. The other people there were a mix of locals and turists. Public parking was nearby for a fee. The food was good, and the prices weren't bad, which made for a nice evening out.

“They Don't Like Americans”
Reviewed June 4, 2012

I may not understand Italian but do clearly hear Americanos mentioned in a hostile way...And they made no bones about rushing us off after the meal, a trait we did not experience anywhere else in Italy. The food was good but they don't speak a lick of english and ordering was a challenge. I'm from the south and we are polite and friendly to everyone, so there is no way they were responding to the "brash American". And this restaurant was not alone in making me feel unwelcome in their city.
