The owner, Rosa, is a gem. She's very nice and she immediately feels like your Italian grandmother. The location is good. It's walking distance (about 40 minutes) to the Centro Storico. Since the Centro Storico is somewhat seedy, I was glad we didn't stay there, but the taxi to get to the b&b was expensive. She served breakfast to all the guests around a table. It was wonderful to eat and chat with everyone. Also, Rosa served some of her homemade jam. It was excellent!
The only con is that this is Rosa's actual apartment. She put us in her room while she slept on the couch. That made me a bit uncomfortable. I know it was her choice, but it feels weird to kick a lovely old lady out of her room!
