Friends invited us to explore via Tasso (a bit far from the sea front) and have dinner at Sakurajima. This not the additional Jappo. It really does fushion between Jappo and high quality fresh Neapolitan sea food.
Well, seafood was fresh and somehow unusual, I had butterfish which I discovered in Tokio and Paris. Butterfish was matched with shrimps and scallops, lovely matching. We moved to the rolls and again the discovery was a good one (berries jam and raw fish - crudité des poissons- play a role indeed!). Table service was also fine; never poured any water and wine, waiters did finely the work for me. Pastries are from fine neapolitan patisseries and having them with warm sake was an exciting discovery. Prices are fair. It is worth to try it.
