This is the first time I’ve ever taken to writing a review for anything (I.e. restaurant, hotel, etc.) so the fact I’m writing should speak volumes about how great this place really is.
Upon arrival at the port, the hotel automatically arranged for a shuttle to pick us up and transport us to the hotel. When we checked into our rooms we were welcomed with champagne and chocolates waiting for us in the room. Awesome surprise to start the trip.
The hotel serves a complimentary breakfast each morning with incredible homemade sweet treats (banana bread is a must try) and many of the dishes are made using fresh vegetables and fruits from the gardens on the property. Eggs are offered daily and all of the food is just so fresh and delicious. The omelettes are a must try.
Housekeeping services are done twice a day and the premises is immaculately clean throughout. There’s beautiful gardens and really cool lighting at night. The rooms also offer awesome views overlooking the water and with Mt. Vesuvius in the distance.
One of the days we were there it was my girlfriends birthday and they even helped order a bouquet of flowers and had it delivered exactly at the time requested along with a slice of cake, candles, and cappuccino. They helped me kill of the surprise without a hitch and just before we left for our day excursions.

This was my first experience in a boutique hotel and I enjoyed every minute and don’t think my experience would have been nearly as great if I stayed elsewhere. The property is family run and operated and the owners and small staff are such a joy. You’ll be smiling with each interaction you have with any of them. Highly recommend Capri Wine Hotel!
