Avoid!!!!!! TL:DR - misleading, TERRIBLE customer service, tour itself was fine but we paid for a 3 hour tour, that ended up being just over 2.5 hours due to a late start that was the fault of the company.

We booked a 4 hour boat ride with a specific boat from 10am-2pm. In the middle of our dinner the night before our tour the owner, Danilo, texted via WhatsApp to say that there was a problem with the boat and he would need to change our boat. He tried to cancel and offer alternatives (lower quality, smaller boat) for the same price at a different time. We said no as we knew the boat wasn't the same and because we had plans to leave the island that could not be changed.

We went back and forth with him telling us that he'd have to cancel, backtracked and said he could offer us something starting at 2pm, but we had a ferry leaving for Amalfi that afternoon and booked so we declined. He also claimed gas wasn't included with our original boat of choice (it says both it was and it wasn't in the description this is confusing and misleading). He also then proceeded to say that he had a bad day with the apreamare (type of boat we booked) and wanted to go to sleep (it was around 9-10pm after no more than one hour of back and forth) so could we make a decision. I found this to be incredibly rude considering HE was the one that changed this on us last minute and interrupted our dinner. We found a mutually agreeable solution, which was 12-3pm for 350 euro on a smaller boat, a Lancia, and some prosecco and gas included. We made sure to confirm the total final price before agreeing to the change as we did not want to be surprised with a gas bill as others have noted.

Then the problems continued. We arrived at the meeting point just before 12pm as instructed, and we were told just another 5-10 minutes as the skipper was running late. This turned into about 25 minutes of a delay. When we got into the boat other people were getting off and the skipper was folding their dirty towels!!!! I saw this and said no, please give us fresh towels, they offered us one each, before dropping a clean laundry bag of towels into the boat as we pushed off. Instead of giving us another 25 minutes on our boat ride or a prorated refund for 1/6 of the trip not to mention the inconvenience they caused, it was cut short as it ended at 3pm. This was disappointing because we had wanted to go for four hours, had an unpleasant experience figuring out a solution, and then paid for an experience that did not deliver.

The only reason I am giving this two stars is because the skipper was nice and we enjoyed the actual ride, but I wish we had gone through a different company and gotten what we originally paid for.

Booked a 7 hour private tour from Capri to Positano for our honeymoon. Agreed to pay (with booking confirmation in writing) a TOTAL price of €919. The night before the tour, the owner texted me to change the time of departure and tell me that fuel is not included. We are on a budget. He said the price of fuel is €500, but agreed to give me a “deal” to do it for €400. We were very upset about having to pay 1.5x the expected amount and wanted to cancel, but within 24 hours he could have charged the full amount anyway. It was not the experience I expected. I wish the booking confirmation and total price were clear—or that the company had reached out to clarify this within the cancellation timeframe. (The website now says fuel is not included if you click on a list of things not included in the price).

The actual skipper was very nice and Capri is beautiful. We tried to make the most of our day and enjoyed the service, so spent additional money tipping the skipper.

Sadly, we feel like we have been misled and taken advantage of as tourists on Capri. This is not the only service experience here that has been a let down.

This is a must-do when in Capri. Absolutely 5* service! Our skipper Rashid was amazing and really made our trip memorable. Very punctual and showed us all the sights around Capri. We did a 4 hour tour and got to visit all the Grottos and the famous faraglioni for photo opportunities as well as stopping for a swim in a beautiful location. Served us food & drinks during our tour as was super friendly recommending restaurants and sights to visits during our stay. Had a lovely day! Would highly recommend. Thanks so much - merci!! X
