Again eating lat on our Capri holiday our party of three arrived late at Donna Rahele, lured in by the sweet waitress who acclaimed the place to be bio and organic oriented. So far so good.
Seated very close to at huge party of noisy americans (sorry, but you tend to scream and calap a lot over almost everthing ;-), and live music, local guitarist giving it away.... And everybody singing. Very cozy one might think, but the accoustics of the place is a mess already, so the noise reached stadium levels.
Back to service and food. Headwaiters very knowledgeable, but so unfocused, that he dragged on star from this review. Busy busy with other tables rather than taking my order, it really ticked my of my trolley. Nice waitress form before saved the day. Ravioli super, followed by sliced beef napolitana..... had one slice , and the my daughter decided against the squid linguine and suddenly it was my meal. I loved it. Loved the taste of wine, fresh pasta, a super fresh squid, a little chili and parsley. Very good. The youngsters ravished the beef.
Winelist very extensive. Decided to go local Campania, being the last night on Capri, having the super Irpinia.
All on all, food is good, try he squid. Service is good, and get rid of the musician, i'll come back.
