To start, the rooms are very well priced in a very tourist oriented town. The rooms are very well themed and maintained with cleanliness. The shower/bathtub was enough to stay in the room to relax after a nice walk around Sorrento. You are located on the main strip of Sorrento, Corsa Italia, and you can find so many fun things to do in the area! The service there was outstanding! Not too far, there is also a very nice spa, if you feel like treating yourself!

We went to Sorrento as a 2 night stay on a weekend. We saw what we thought was the hotel on their website, when we arrived this was obviously fake. Me and my family thought it was the back of the hotel as it was locked off with big gates and had a buzzer.
When we pressed the button for 'La Nuit', someone answered and the door opened. When we were let in we saw a small carpark and an awful building that looked like a council house flat that was in very bad condition.
We were shocked and thought that that wasn't the hotel we booked and soon came to the conclusion that the picture used on the website was obviously the more acceptable hotel to the right of La Nuit. Seriously, it looked like some back alley flat which hasn't been used or cleaned for that matter in a number of years, the building didn't even have a sign...
After a minute in the carpark not knowing where to go, a car rolled up outside the gates and came in. A young woman got out in an unprofessional outfit (jeans, trainers, coat) and greeted us. We later found out this was the owners girlfriend who was very helpful in fairness.
The woman then took us inside this entrance and we walked into the dingy, cold hallway with graffiti on the walls.
We then arrived at a lift which we had to go up to the 3rd floor in. The lift was so old and cranky a family member said it reminded them of something from the movie 'Saw.'
When we got out of the lift the woman showed us to a door and used a card to unlock it.
When she opened it, there was a reception and several rooms dotted around the place.
We were shocked by this and found out that this small section of one floor of the flat was infact the La Nuit bed & breakfast. The owner had obviously set up a business in a shared flat as an extra.
The reception was right outside our rooms which wasn't private in the least, but we changed our minds about lack of privacy after she had left as she didn't show her face again until it was the day of payment 2 days later.
When she showed us our rooms they were basic and very cold as if they hadn't been used for absolutely ages.
In fairness, the bathroom was very nice. But we had booked 2 rooms and 1 room most of the things didn't work, including heating, which we needed as it was March when we went. Basic equipment like kettles and cutlery weren't provided so i would certainly recommend taking some.
We didn't use the balcony as it was too cold but it was joined up with other rooms.
Altogether the 'hotel' was a suprise (not in a good way) and lacked privacy.
If you are okay with a hotel that is shared with other businesses in a flat that is on the border of vile then fine.

Then we come to breakfast. As they prided themselves on being a B&B we expected some hot food or even a selection of food.
But when we arrived at the hotel they told us that it was a walk down the road to get to a bar called 'Insolito.'
In the morning we went there and we had a selection of drinks (tea, coffee, cappuccino or juice.) Unfortunatly the food wasn't such a big selection.
We could only choose from a few pastries stored in a glass container. The things they had were jam/chocolate croissants, brioche and other few things that looked similar.
We weren't pleased.
The actual room was fine (minus the faulty equipment) but the set up and breakfast was awful.

Sorrento and surrounding areas were lovely but I warn you to look out for taxi drivers as they are all scammers.
One charged us 15 euros to go from the bus station to the hotel which was 5 minute walk but he drove around longer to make it look as if it was a long way.
When we were going from Pompeii to Naples airport, we went with a man who we thought was a taxi driver but actually wasn't and he charged us 50 euros.

Also, if i was reading this review i would probably ignore it and think it is trying to put me off. But seriously, I'm really easy to please with hotels but I found this a big disappointment and if you ignore this review, when you arrive there you will find out this is true and wish you took notice. Thankyou.

From what I've understood, with no many lies like the clients said, is that they didn't like the building. They thought to go in an hotel. It's advertised wherever that our property is a bed and breakfast.
All things about the building are lies and anyway it doesn't depend on me.
We take care about our property and like clients wrote in their review, there is nothing to say on it. Our rooms are beautiful and the staff is always helpful.

Lovely, delightful and private, great for the solo traveller, or a couple who want that bit of privacy, the management thought of it all.
