Excellent. We spent 1 week in Sorrento for a friends wedding and Il Roseto was the perfect accomadation. Staff were amazing, rooms were kept super clean, breakfast not to be missed and the pool area was a magnet on sunny afternoons. Be warned - bring an alarm clock with you or you could be in danger of missing a fantastic breakfast, the blackout shutters are the best ever and the beds are super comfortable. We will be back.

Room Tip: Our group were 4 adjacent rooms on ground floor and all were excellent. Blackout shutters were the best ever.

The hospitality of this B & B is the essence of people's willingness to Sorrento.
As the title suggests you have the sensation of being at home, surrounded by four steps from the center of Sorrento.
The food is great, you run the risk of coming home with a few pounds more.

We booked the Il Roseto after reading all the reviews and we were not disappointed the rooms we had were kept very clean and of a good size ours looked out onto the garden where breakfast is taken .All the staff are warm and very friendly towards their quests .The swimming pool is exellent with more than enough sun beds and chairs for quest again it is kept very clean and is a great chill out area to take your glass of wine after a busy day.Our room came with a mini bar which was re stocked each day( as the price of items was set at non rip off) ment the wine and beer was often used and just added to your bill to pay on check out.
Ok the b&b fronts a main road but no rooms face it and the traffic can not be seen or heard from the garden or pool and a security gate makes the whole place very safe with your own key to come and go as you please. To us the walk along the road into Sorrent was not a problem but it can be very busy early evening and in places narrow it takes 10-15 mins All in all the Roseto is a great place to stay whether its a short stay or as we did a whole week we all loved it we could of stayed longer if time allowed.

If you are looking for a B&B close to the centre of Sorrento, Il Roseto is the perfect place. We had a wonderful short stay, the rooms are clean, breakfast outside was a delight with fresh orange juice, cappucino and pastries. The pool is clean and well maintained.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and treated like family. The room was immaculate and wonderful, cleaned and refreshed daily. The breakfast was fantastic, served the the garden among the lemon trees and was like a quiet haven away from the hectic pace of life. Security is excellent, as the complex is gated. Michael was wonderful in recommending restaurants and outings and when I chose not to drive the hectic Amalfi Coast for 8 - 9 hours of sightseeing, he was able to connect us to a private car and driver. This allowed both of us to relax and enjoy the day, with the driver able to show us all the sights, some of which we would surely have missed. It is only a 10 - 15 minute walk to central Sorrento, and from there no more than a 15 minute walk to the harbor. I would highly recommend Il Roseto for any one who is looking for a quality B&B on the Amalfi Coast

Room Tip: There are 10 rooms to choose from, and all are good choices. Several of the rooms are slightly larger and also have a chaise lounge.
