Not touristy when we reach this place just enough people to enjoy this little bit area of beautiful beach promenade with restaurant and small hotel located here. What a fun!

Rocky entrance to the water!!! Me and my baby have cut out legs with these little white rocks over the sand. Good that in the bay it's a sandy bottom but to go in and out of sea is painful without special shoes! Special little bay "for children" is very dangerous one- waves from the boats were unexpected and almost 1 meter high and if on main beach of Marina di Puolo just first raw of beds got compleatly washed by waves taking shoes, bags and everything on the ground, in rocky little bay it was as real tsunami!!!

This is a nice little beach with a couple of restaurants and a bar and one hotel on the front. The beach is good if a little untidy. There are a couple of car parks charging 5 euro for the day. It is very steep to walk up so be warned. We enjoyed it there and went a couple of times.

This is my favourite beach in Sorrento. The beach is probably not for you if you enjoy peace and tranquility but if you like a family friendly beach with lots going on then this is the place to go. On our full day there we rented sunloungers and umbrellas which are essential to be comfortable and shaded. Two loungers and an umbrella will set you back €15 on average - which is why we generally only bother if we are going to be there about 7 hours.
There are a selection of bars and restaurants in the area which will do takeaway sandwiches and pizza, or you can eat at their tables. A huge mozzarella, prosciutto and tomato sandwich cost €5.
The swimming area is nice and big, just watch out for people returning pedalos! We walked down to the beach and the climb back, while a little steep, is fine. Just be careful on your way down to go to the Marina Puolo and don't be tempted by the signs "to the sea" on the right (assuming you're coming down the road near Hotel
Dania). The "to the sea" signs lead to a super rocky cliff based beach which isn't so great.

Since most beaches right in Sorrento are very crowded and mostly like a dock and not really beaches you can walk up main road 45 mins or take 10 min SITA bus to Marina Di Puolo beach. Lovely beach with great rocky view. Well worth it for a lovely time and great swimming. Plenty of restos at the beach also.
