If you're ok with fairly extensive walking, this site is a "Must Do" in Sorrento! Follow every path to see an olive orchard, Roman ruins, and stunning natural landscapes. The water at the various locations is so blue and green and clear you will be amazed! Swim everywhere you can because its just a magical experience!!
Definitely one of the best places in the region to just chill.

If you’re on the fence about coming because of the crowds, don’t be scared off by the fear mongering in other reviews. I went twice this week (past 11 AM both times) and it was lovely. The other rock beach that is right outside the grotto was also great. Neither was packed to the point that it limited my enjoyment or ability to swim freely. Highly recommend this awesome swimming spot!
Loved visiting here with a kayak tour, we climbed to the top for a spectacular view. We then enjoyed a swimming the cove, and out into the sea.
At the top there is an information board explaining the history of the area, very interesting
Some people were sunbathing on the rocky edges, if you plan to do this take some sturdy footwear!
The views were glorious, small amount of people there and very quiet - not at all touristy.
I’d definitely recommend a trip.
