Stayed here for a few nights recently. Room had a stunning view over the bay of Naples. Nice clean fresh room with a small fridge. Breakfast served downstairs was a lovely selection. Shuttle runs every hour (with a couple of hours brae in the middle of the day) until 23;30. It serves several hotels. The guy who was on reception in the evenings and the girl who assisted at breakfast were lovely. They deserve special mention. Most other staff were nice too. The reason this is not 5 stars is simple. They take your car on arrival and park it elsewhere ( some Km away). when the car was returned it was filthy - covered in bird droppings. when I asked the (morning reception) guy about it, he just shrugged and said birds in the trees where they parked it. I got some water to try to wipe off the worst but the guy was disinterested . To be honest, this attitude and lack of care soured an otherwise excellent stay.

This hotel sits on the hillside overlooking the city of Sorrento! It was absolutely gorgeous! We actually were upgraded from a garden view to an ocean view because someone cancelled last minute (there were a lot of wildfires going on when we visited, so I assume that's why they cancelled. There were no trains going to Sorrento from the Naples area) and it was amazing to see that view while drinking some wine on the balcony!

We walked from the Ferry port in Sorrento to the area where they said the free shuttle would pick us up without too much hassle. The shuttle was great! It was nice being outside of the city because the view was just marvelous! The shuttle was shared with other hotels so there are a few other stops, but it only takes around 15 minutes. It does get crowded on the bus at night coming back though. Several nights we had to stand for the entire ride, so just be aware and maybe arrive 10-20 minutes before the pick-up time to guarantee yourself a seat. Also be aware that most people don't understand/care that there's a line so they'll often just walk right in front of you and push their way on.

There is no actual pool! Any in ground pool you see in the pictures is actually the hotel next door's, so don't be fooled like us. There is a little inflatable "pool" and 2 hot tubs though.

The hotel's restaurant is closed on Monday's so make sure you plan to go into the city to eat. The food at the hotel was pretty good, but not great. They did have a special meal price though that included a 2 courses and a dessert for around 18 euros I believe. Breakfast was good. Selection of meats and cheeses, rolls, different desserts each day, cereal, yogurt, mozzarella, etc (typical Italian breakfast). The view in the dining room is amazing though, just like the rooftop patio!

Where to begin? I can't say enough good about this place. The food is absolutely amazing, no matter what you order. Sitting in the dining room makes you feel like you're in a movie with spectacular views and wonderful service. The staff were very kind and the rooms great. We booked a sea view room and could have spent hours on our balcony just looking out over the bay!

The hotel is outside the city, but there is a free shuttle bus that runs every hour to and from the centre, and local buses also pass by there. Don't be put off by the location. It's very peaceful and you could never get a similar view in the city centre.

We will definitely return.

Room Tip: Ask for a sea view

Although my wife and I only stayed one night this was a perfect place to stop, a wonderful position looking down on Sorrento. We dropped our car off at 11am and left our key for them to move if required as parking is limited then used the free shuttle service to Sorrento (which runs hourly). On our return our cases were already in our room so it was a quick shower and down to the hot tubs overlooking the bay. Breakfast had a good selection of fruit, cereals, cheese ect
But unfortunately the orange juice was concentrated. But all in all Very good value for money.

So many great things about this hotel. It feels like a family. At first I wasn't sure, since the hotel is 15-20 minutes up the hill from the heart of Sorrento, but the shuttle is so convenient and the Sita bus stop is right outside front door. It really makes it easy. For us the hotel as perfect because we were doing so many activities from Sorrento, like Pompeii and Vesuvius and Capri. We would spend most of the day gone. There is no pool. The breakfast was fine, and coffee very good. But the dinner is amazing. One of the best meals we had on our trip. Really quite surprising how good the chef is. So as long as you know the rooms are kinda dated and expecting too much, you will love it here.
