High up in the hills above Sorrento. Nice rooms especiallly those with sea views which have fantastic views. We were upgraded for free from a garden view room. Good sunbathing terrace above the pool with equally good views. Breakfast fine. Do not get a taxi there! 35 euros for a 15 minute trip! A short walk to Sant Agata with good restaurants.

Room Tip: Sea views ( we had room 1)

Excellent hosts Giovanni etc and staff and reasonable priced good food and bar service provided on request,
Breakfasts were ok but EXACTLY the same everyday all 7 days.Could do better easily.
Very Very difficult to find in the dark and it is not on the MAIN route to Amalfi coast but the alternative almost coastal route that goes through VIA NASTRO VERDE to ABOUT 7KM from Sorrento itself. Make sure you ask the driver at the bus stops.
Whilst everything in the area seems to be expensive with mysterious extra charges and taxes even applies to the transport, which was excellent but every hour. Early last bus means very very expensive Taxi. The should run a collection service from this B&B/hotel...
Bus stop just outside and the road with many sharp bends not worth taking a major risk by trying to walk especially as there is nowhere else to get to locally.
We did a walk uphill to pleasant San Agata in 30 minutes,.Do it in the daylight but the Italian drivers are mental,to give them their best accurate description. You cannot walk on the inside road of blind bends.Footpath does not exist on this road till you get to the centre of the village.
The two restraunts they suggested come and collect you by car and are highly worth a visit..
We were also advised of the footpath down to Sorrento but it took over an hour and came out near the enormous Hilton Hotel.I would not suggest the return uphill walk.
Swimming pool had rubbish in October but would be nice if it was cleaner .great view and also
has an upstairs patio with the view.
Best tip is take their advised alternative-way trip to Capri.
It will save you money.
Place Its too far out from Sorrento, imo. We had a car but trying to park anywhere you visit is a nightmare.Even if you avoid the accidents caused by mental impatient idiots on vespas or cars.Note the new electric type are like stealth killers. No sound to warn you they are coming.
Parking everywhere is expensive.Ravello worth a visit for and hour or so.
Other places ,,just take the bus and hope you can get on one to come back to villa.
iTS WORTH PAYING EXTRA TO BE CLOSER TO THE MAIN TOWN.

Room Tip: Rooms allocated on arrival.get there early. No complaints from what we saw. Many Stairs make this un...

Spent two nights there and really like this hotel. It has good views, good breakfast and convenient transportation to Amalfi and Sorrento downtown. The sita bus stop is just at the gate of hotel. It takes 25 minutes to Sorrento downtown, 30 minutes to Positano and 1.5 h to Amalfi from hotel by bus. One way ticket is 2.4 euro and daily ticket is 7.4 euro. The only problem is that some buses to Amalfi and Sorrento stop on Sunday. So you need to calculate your time in order to take the bus passing by. Otherwise you will wait for a long time. If you arrive Sorrento by train, you can take bus just near the train station to hotel. But you should check the bus time with hotel in advance.

The only problem is the hotel has no restaurant. But there are two nearby restaurants' menu at the receiptionist. I was told they can offer free taxi or delivery for eating at the two restaurants. Overall, I quite enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Although this hotel is on the highway out of town the bus stop is right in front. You can catch the bus going into Sorrento or catch it the other way and head for Positano. The bus stop in Sorrento is right in front of the train station so it was very easy for us to get to the hotel. Just told the bus driver Villa Fiorita and he dropped us off right in front. The breakfast was more than adequate. Fresh fruit, cereals, cheese, meat, breads and pastries. They have a small bar and the prices were quite reasonable. They also have a agreement with a number of local restaurants. You can look at the menus and pick one, they phone and someone from the restaurant comes and picks you up and drops you off after dinner. The also have a very limited menu so if you want a snack you can get something right at the hotel. The rooms are air conditioned. The pool area was nice with a wonderful view of Vesuvius and the Bay of Sorrento.

It was really good, good location, good price. The breakfast was really great. We arrive late and they gave us free transportation to the restaurants. The view is incredible. The only thing is by GPS didnt find the hotel, we had to call. As soon you arrive is easy. Recommended.

Just stayed here last week. Was a bit unsure at first as it is a 15 minute bus drive from town centre. However the view from the hotel is nothing short of breathtaking. The bus service is very good so whilst you are outside the town it's easy to get in there. Also, it's on the bus route for Positano and Amalfi. Good value.

I had read the reviews and was therefore expecting that the hotel would be out of the way. The Sat Nav does not have number 96 on it so we followed the directions to the end and then just watched the property numbers go by. I also had looked at the pictures on line which showed it was high up the hill. Anyway, our experience was really excellent. The staff were brilliant and couldn't have been more helpful - we stayed an extra day in the end. On arrival we wanted to have some food and relax and they provided us with a great meal and wine on the terrace overlooking Sorrento - pure bliss. Yes, the location makes it a bit more difficult and driving in Sorrento and even Italy in general is a challenge. However, we were provided with an accurate bus timetable and the reception sold tickets and we were easily able to manage. However, if you want to stay out later than the buses run then a taxi will prove expensive at around €25 to the city centre. On the Sunday night when the bus finishes early we went to one of the restaurants (Stuzzichino) recommended by the hotel which has a courtesy car and the outcome was excellent. The views from the Villa are undeniably beautiful. All in all a fantastic experience.

Room Tip: We opted for a basic room but would probably go for a self catering with patio if booking again.
