My wife and I stayed at this Hotel last week between the 5th and 9th September, we stayed on the 4th floor with a lovely view from the balcony out over the open sea. All the staff where very polite and helpful. The rooms large and airy, the bed was comfortable, the pillows a little unsupportive for my personal taste (but it is a personal thing). It's close to the railway station, about a 5 minute slow walk, and about the same to the centre of town. The pool is small but ok and clean. We had lunch on the roof and the food was lovely and not too pricey. The air-con worked fine and was not noisy at night - phew as it was hot. Breakfast was a help yourself buffet, all very nice. My only criticism's are there were no glasses in the room, only plastic cups, and the doors had an old style key and fob instead of a more modern swipe card. Not a huge issue, but a pain if one of us wanted to stay out longer. All in, we'd definitely stay there again.

The hotel is ok if you have no other option (as we did). It's close to the train station, so that is convenient if you just need a place to crash. I had found better value places but they were all booked by the time I was ready to make the reservation. The pool is quite small, the towels cheap. They also dont have ferry schedules, i didnt see a concierge which is a minimum i would say for a 4 star hotel ( we wasted significant amount of time going down to the pier as our hotel didnt have the capri schedules). My biggest disappointment is that we were robbed of all our money and cards in Naples in route to Sorrento. Luckily, I had a hidden Amex that I was able to use to pay for the hotel but you can't always use a credit card (bus, water, snacks, train). I understand is no ones concern but at a minimum I would have expected the hotel staff to be a little bit more helpful. At least, give us a water/lunch voucher or ask if we needed something at the moment considering we had no money?! I had to use HOURS of my phone (major roaming, who knows what the cost will be) even though I was placing collect calls. I asked if I could charge 50eur to the hotel so they could at least give us 50eur cash to pay for the train but they wouldn't even do that, despite them knowing the circumstances and I was a guest for several days. My bank wired money to us but the western union lines in sorrento were down so I was unable to collect the money. Amex finally found alternatives, we were able to move on and now are back in the states. My best advise, avoid Naples at all cost.

Room Tip: Balconies are a nice touch.

Short at the city , station of Sorrento ( we did it by foot perhaps 8 minutes with suitcases) , ! You can take public transport to visit a lot of thigs
This hotel has stil the same decoration as the first day is my impression ! But by that there is a special vibre ! and everybody wants to get back to the sixties !
Breakfast big buffet ! Very good and a lot of variacion !
ON THE ROOF TOP A LITTLE SWIMMING POOL ! whit resto ! Very good food for little money !
fresh lasagna and fresh canneloni For me the best 2 diches (for 6 euro i think)
There are also bath towels available for free at the pool ! (less weight in your luggage) !
little refrigerator in your room . Room big and very clean .
Short distance from the center by foot . (3 minutes )

Room Tip: We had a big 3 persons room at the street site. A little traffic noise but not disturbing.! With 3...

Perfect location. 5 minutes to town square/shopping/restaurants in one direction and 5 minutes to the bus & train station. Three of us in a twin room but it was spacious and not at all cramped. Room was lovely and quiet. Air conditioning not adjustable but set at just the right temperature and very quiet. The pool wasn't large but was never crowded and there were always sunbeds available although there wasn't adequate shade. The snack bar is very nice, prices the same as in town. The breakfast was fine for a week although would have got a bit repetitive for any longer. The staff were helpful and friendly. Really couldn't fault the hotel.

Room Tip: Rooms at the back quieter but with the patio doors shut all rooms were quiet.

The hotel, location and the staff is excellent. The hotel is value for money. Little dated but well compensated by location. Balcony in rooms is a plus. It’s a central place and a good base to explore surroundings. Stayed there for 5 days and enjoyed every bit of time there. Especially kids loved the company of Cristina, such a wonderful person. Will surely be back.

This hotel has everything you could possibly need and in an amazing location. Only 5 minutes walk from the bus and train station and 2 minutes into the centre of Sorrento. The road outside is not a problem if you keep the door shut and the air conditioning is a bonus.
Clean towels and the room is cleaned every day, all the staff are very friendly, the pool is such a good addition with an amazing view of Vesuvius and the bay (and dont be alarmed thinking its a paddling pool, because it is a perfect size), the rooms are a great size and the beds are super comfy.
There is also a computer an a printer in the lobby for guests to use, which is very useful when printing out tickets for day trips.
I could not fault this hotel and would be more than happy to return.

Room Tip: Ask for a high room to get a better view
